I've been working with Quincy for almost two years, and I've hesitated to write this review because I wanted to make sure I got it just right. Quincy is an incredibly encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive trainer. He tailors workouts in a way that feels subtle yet intentional, always aligning with your personal goals and needs. Beyond that, he’s genuinely caring, passionate about life, and deeply invested in his clients’ success.
Finding a trainer with all of these qualities isn’t easy—especially in Los Angeles. But Quincy creates something more than just a training session; he cultivates an intentional space and community for growth. Sure, I could follow a workout plan or watch YouTube videos and correct my form, but Quincy brings so much more to the table. His approach makes training not just about fitness but about pushing yourself in ways that extend beyond the gym. That’s why you invest in a coach like Quincy—not just to work out, but to evolve.

I’ve been working with Quincy as my personal trainer for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about him! His one-on-one training sessions are hands-down the highlight of my fitness journey. Quincy has this incredible ability to tailor every workout to my needs—whether I’m pushing my limits or taking it a bit easier, he always knows how to keep me motivated and on track. He’s super knowledgeable about fitness, but what really sets him apart is how much he cares. He’s always checking in, making sure I’m feeling good about my progress, and offering tips that actually work.
His classes are just as amazing. They’re intense but so much fun—Quincy’s energy is contagious, and he creates this vibe where everyone feels included and pumped to be there. He’s got a knack for explaining things clearly, so even if you’re new to something, you never feel lost. Plus, he’s always switching things up, so it never gets boring.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Quincy is an extraordinary trainer! His passion for fitness and wanting his clients to reach their goals is so admirable. My first session with him was such a great experience because he not only pushed me past my limits, he made sure I was comfortable in the process. Each workout will challenge you, and if you need modifications for any reason, he's got you covered. Quincy’s workouts are always challenging and unique. He modifies exercises for my injuries and encourages me to go heavier if I can or get my last reps in. I’ve had a lot of experiences with passive coaches and Quincy is the opposite. He is very engaged, plans the exercises well and makes class fun with his dance moves and positive energy.

Changed my life and my mindset towards my physical abilities. It made me more positive of what I can do with my body and approaching exercise with excitement instead of seeing it as a chore. Quincy is kind while still pushing you to your limits and having you achieve more than you could imagine! I was able to get ready for my wedding after giving birth to my second kid (I looked amazing in my photos and felt beautiful and strong). Could not recommend enough!!! 10/10

If i could rate Quincy and Reborn Athletics a 10/5 stars, I would have. He offers a training style that has nothing left out: he’s thorough, personable, creative, empowering, talented, humble, assuring, and slows down to make sure each client feels they’re getting the most out of the workouts he’s putting us through. As someone who grew up from a young age on competitive athletic teams and still stays consistent in work outs, Quincy knows how to coach…and how to coach WELL.
