Every week's workout session includes strength training, mobility, sprint interval, foot work, balance, and coordination.

Erik teaches good techniques and really cares about the proper way of doing each exercise. The trainers are very helpful and the gym is not intimidating. I feel very comfortable and gaining knowledge of a better way to get healthy.

I first attended ReCode as a member, curious about the style of training Erik was programming. I grew up as an athlete doing the traditional strength training, body building and heavy lifting but I knew this was different…Not sure what to expect, I entered the gym ready to get myself back on track and I haven’t turned back!!! My mobility, flexibility, and strength are all at the best that it has been BUT most of ALL my back pain from the years of back-squats and deadlifts has NOT been an issue! I feel AMAZING!!!
Now, not only am I part of the ReCode family as a member but I believe in this programming so much that I decided to quit my desk job to help others meet their fitness goals by diving back into becoming a full time trainer at ReCode!!!

Great trainers, very knowledgeable, the trainers are here to help you work out the kinks, ork on strength, I am definitely seeing improvements in my body movements in just two weeks. I can get up off the couch and not look like I am 80 years old. I can get out of my vehicle smoothly with out having to stand there for 30 seconds while my body unfolds. Highly recommended Recode to anyone!

Best workout format I have ever done. Coaches are outstanding and work specifically with your goals. Very small class sizes and ever evolving with new ideas and techniques. You won't see a lot of the workouts anywhere else and will not get injured. Ive never felt better.

After a month of training I noticed increased strength, speed and agility on the court. Erik explains how the training movements affect your play so you can visualize as you train. Every day we come in he asks how we feel. Erik cares about our well being and checks in to make sure we’re on track mentally and physically.

Virtus is unlike any other gym that I know of. The programming is varied and intentional. It never gets too repetitive. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. They do a great job of meeting you where you're at in your training and then taking it to the next level whether you're just getting started or a competitive athlete. If you want to build well-rounded strength, I can't think of a better place. Good vibes all around, and I've really enjoyed being a member for the last 5 years.

After not lifting for a few years it was nice to go to a gym that took the time to know who I was and what I wanted to get out of exercising. Along with having great trainers, there are just amazing people you get to train with. I highly recommend you give this gym a try and experience the difference.

Virtus has an amazing group of people- both coaches and clients. You walk into this gym and it feels like you're working out with a group of friends even if you don't know anyone. The classes are small and intimate, a definite plus. No waiting in line to use equipment at Virtus. Each class tests not only your physical capabilities but also your balance, brain and coordination. You don't have to be an athlete to workout here either. The coaches can modify each drill no matter your experience, age or weight- athletes, expecting moms, first timers have all worked out at this gym. Workout program is three 1 hour long classes a week. Class times are Mon-Sat from 5am to 6pm. They also offer one on one classes if desired. Equipment on site includes, but is not limited to- row & ski machines, airdyne, prowler sled, SuperCat, GHD machine, freestyle weights, kettlebells, barbells, benches, boxes, medicine balls, slam balls, ankle weights, bands, ab straps. Give this gym a try for even one month, I bet you won't leave 😉

I truly enjoy being a member at Virtus. I was very new to raining and honestly a little intimidated by the thought of lifting any type of weights. Virtus it’s like a family everybody encourages you and helps you to feel supported.The trainers truly care about you and are always willing to help you achieve your goal. Robbin is my coach on Mondays and Fridays she’s always so patient and makes working out fun. I still have a ways to go but I’m not where I was. I’m so glad I’m a member at Virtus Strength Club and you will be too! Join our family your won’t regret it!

Awesome coaching and programming. Whatever your goals are Virtus can help you achieve them if you are willing to put in the work. I love that workouts are designed for 3x a week so you don't feel like you're killing yourself but exercises are uniquely targeted to work your muscles for optimum results and can be scaled to any fitness level or injuries.

Virtus is a one of kind training facility. Virtus coaches are the best at knowing how to train each person as well as help with any issues one might have. I've been a member since day one and I love it! Each week is different and Virtus is always adding new workouts and it's never a dull workout. Erik trains all level athletes from ufc to the mother of 4. Erik and staff treat every with respect and dignity. I love virtus because there was a time where I couldn't come in for like 3 months Erik took it apond himself to send me the workouts and customized them so I was able to still train. Virtus is very family oriented I always feel welcomed and always love hanging out with staff and members outside of the gym. Erik and staff can help with any goals. Erik helped me lose 20lbs with a custom diet plan. Highly recommend Virtus!
