Great place, very quiet atmosphere, people tend to be in their own world with their headphones. I've only ever encountered someone on the phone while there once, other than that it's pretty quiet more towards closing time

This place is really nice. I have a lot of options to choose from. I want to go for physical therapy. They have yoga classes and swimming pool and a hot tub. All good for physical therapy. I personally have still not utilized this facility. I did get to check it out top to bottom. They have a lot to offer lots of different machines and separate rooms for different things. They have a lot of space and very friendly staff, I would recommend this place to others❣️

Only use this gym if you plan on going for physical therapy. I’ve been going everyday for 3+ years and am treated like I don’t matter. They only care about their physical therapy patients. If you go as someone just trying to work out you will be treated 2nd class. They also charge you more money once a month for new equipment. They don’t mean new weight lifting equipment they mean new physical therapy equipment. Currently looking for another gym.

Avoid this gym like the plague.

It is small, cramped, crowded, and has a strong odor.

People come in here and keep full lockers, just to use the showers. It's really stinky in here.

They charge about 3x the price as Planet Fitness.

They gym is old and dirty, with lots of homeless going in to shower all the time. It stinks really bad because they have no windows or air circulation.

They don't have any advanced equipment. Only one squat rack and a bunch of machines for the most part.

It's very cramped and crowded.

Edit (response to owner): Planet Fitness charges $10 a month for a much larger and clean gym, with newer equipment, and who hire more local employees.

It's also not a small, locally-owned gym. The owners own different gyms. No more money is being distributed locally with your gyms than big box gyms.

Watch your bill. I was charged $18 on the 25th of September and then $60 the 5th of October. I was charged an upgrade fee twice in less than a year. When I told them I had paid it already, they told me the previous charge was a sign up fee. It cost me almost $80 to sign up about 6 months prior. I remember asking why it was so much and being told it was due to a “once a year upgrade fee”. I also have a friend I had tried to encourage to join me in visiting this gym as well, but she refused due to a past of them overcharging her.

That being said, I joined because the gym was conveniently located near my home and I actually really enjoyed working out there. I have since relocated and am looking forward to not being overcharged at my new gym. Sadly I cancelled my membership and wouldn’t rejoin even if I lived right next door.

I found my new happy place!!! Red Bluff Health & Fitness actually cares about their clients. So knowledgeable! They want to see you reach your fitness goals and just be healthy! I also like the fact that they are locally owned. I support local businesses in our community! PLUS, they don't entice you with pizza and donunts...and they dont judge either ! LOL. Friendly staff, clean environment, lots of equipment...I HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

This place is a great physical therapist office. They take care of all kinds of physical therapy. They also have a built-in pool and a hot sauna. Staff is always there to assist you as you will have a personal trainer. The guys are great and everybody is very courteous. I highly recommend Red Bluff Health and Fitness Center in Red Bluff California

Ive been going here for PT and the Gym for 20years everyone is amazing sweet very polite treat everyone with up most respect treat each and every patient as a person with lots of care compation they listen to ya talk to laugh with ya they make u feel so comfortable Jim Diane have been such AMAZING thereapist jim that takes care of us doing exercises to help get us back on our feet stronger and the maneger of the gym is an amazing person has always been so good helpful understanding im so happy to be a patient there thanks CeCe Chandler

Nice place for people that are just starting to work out. Not to many beefed up people making everyone feel out of place. The staff are friendly. There's unlimited hot water in the showers. They have coffee for those that want to sit and read the paper while resting or waiting on someone. They also offer family rates. Classes. Day spa. Personal trainers. the staff are were very friendly and helpfull. when i sighned up it was supposed to only be month to month . i was never told anything about , if i did not go i was still to pay. do to health problems i could not go. also i went for the use of the whirlpool hot tub,which was not hot half the time and dirty most of the time.i was always removing large innsects or dead toads. then the pump quit working altogather.

This place is really dirty and no one even wipes down the equipment that they just used. Rude staff, except for Zeke. They never seem to talk to you or pay any attention to you. Equipment is old, worn out, or not working properly. And the worst part is during the summer months. When it's over 100 degrees outside, it's like a sweat box inside.

I've always enjoyed the small gyms less distractions usually people are there to work and that's it. Also for the people reviewing saying staff is incompetent if you need staffs help to workout you're incompetent gym isn't a place for children who do not know what they are doing.
