I have been going to this gym the last couple of months and I really enjoy it! The classes are small and the coaches are super helpful and friendly. I’ve tried Barry’s, Orange Theory, Gym Guys, and City Sport and this is my fave!

They support the destruction of San Jose aka gentrification.
I am always looking for an awesome gym but I do not care for google stalkers and companies that endorse the erasure of great town because they themselves are pathetically money hungry.

Although I only subscribed to their classes for a short while, I highly recommend their group classes. Working with Mark G., Ryan A., and Mark C. has helped my physical strength, endurance, and "balance". Their trainers create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. They actively coach and correct your technique which is a huge positive. I used their classes to get back into a competitive sport and it sure helped me ease back into it.

The gym is immaculate and outfitted with the best equipment. The coaches are knowledgeable and hungry to continue to learn and master their craft. Clients are in good hands under Scott and Cece's leadership. As fellow coaches in the personal training industry this is a place I couldn't recommend enough and would be proud to be a part of.

Red Dot Fitness is the place to workout now that gyms are opening up again! Not only is the staff knowledgable and personable, but the resources and equipment available to gym goers is outstanding and top-notch. Don’t be afraid to ask staff for help if you are a beginner; I am a newbie and they have taught me so much over this last year (pre-covid closing gyms). They are extremely clean with sanitation stations and providing endless access to disinfectant wipes, leaving me feeling safe & sound. I HIGHLY recommend this gym! Happy to be back.

I moved to San Jose about 3 months ago. I was looking for a gym that offered fitness classes so I could continue to work a fitness program I had started before I moved. I heard about Red Dot Fitness and decided to give it a try. I found the instructors to be extremely knowledgeable about the body and how to train. The staff is very welcoming and in a short time I got to know nearly everyone and felt a real sense of community.
I am very pleased I chose Red Dot Fitness and my workout club.

This place is outstanding in all aspects. I've never seen so much attention to detail in personal coaching. The owners CeCe and Scott have a world of knowledge when it comes to the human anatomy and tailor programs specific to the individuals needs and lifestyle. Perfect. Best trainers, never crowded because everything is by appointment, and clean. These guys have helped my body recover from years of neglect. I owe them so much. Actually, I paid a great deal of money for it, so I guess we're even. But it is worth it.

Looking for someone to help you either lose weight/get healthy or train for a more active lifestyle? This is where you need to go!
I started training with CeCe English (co-owner) in 2006. When I started, I weighed 250 pounds and was very inactive. Her help combined with eating healthier has lead me to lose 115 pounds (at my lowest), take up running, swimming and cycling to the point of competing in TWO Ironman competitions, one 1/2 Ironman, countless 5Ks, 10Ks, 1/2 Marathons, 100 mile bike rides, swimming from Alcatraz...... I am a completely different person now!
She also trained and worked with me through TWO back surgeries to the same disc. I have had lapses on my diet but staying constant with CeCe has allowed me to always find my way back!
Her partner Scott is a wonderful trainer in his own right so whichever personality or schedule works for you, you will find a home here!
They are VERY focused on getting people into doing things outside of the gym because we all know that working out means more when it serves a purpose like getting ready to do something....even if it's only a 5K! I have one this Saturday, gonna walk it (no more running with the back) and I'm gonna KILL it! Thanks to CeCe!
