My grandson has been going to the kids class as of one year today and he absolutely loves it! His coach Rick is awesome! Thank you Rick🙂 He has now moved to the adult class with the other teens now that he is 13 and he absolutely loves that already and he just had his first class January 13, 2020. Thank you to all the volunteers for all that you do for our Youth. I definitely recommend 100% 😁

Just started, but love it. Get in shape, go at your pace. Exercise, build stamina. Mon and we'd morning, 930 to 1030. Monday And Wed evening. Expert trainer. I'm a 65 year old woman. I am very happy!
