Tonia is an excellent instructor. She is patient, encouraging, and able to take away the intimidation often felt with Pilates. I really enjoyed her class, where I learned the fundamentals while getting an amazing workout. She guided me in stretching areas I didn’t even realize I had been neglecting during my runs. My plan is to continue training with her to get stronger, more toned, and to apply what I learn about my body to improve my running. The studio is calming, and the ambience makes it easy to focus on body and mind, while working out.

Tonia is the Pilates queen! She is a fantastic instructor who really understands how to help you get the most out of your workout and see fast results. I have been taking classes from her for awhile and recently had the pleasure of visiting her beautiful studio for some one-on-one coaching. Amazing class and an even more amazing instructor!! I found Tonia through a group class and fell in love with her teaching style that I had to do some private sessions with her! Shes very knowledgeable about Pilates and is super welcoming and listens to what you want to do based on your goals. Her studio is clean, has the aesthetic and you can tell she put a lot of work in making a room come to life. It’s like walking into a Pilates haven! If you ever wanted to take a private class, I highly recommend taking one with Tonia! She has me sweating and shaking so you know it’s a great workout! I was new to pilates only a few months ago and working with Tonia has totally transformed my body. She’s super knowledgeable and makes the workouts feel both challenging and doable. Antonia is the best! Had wonderful one on one training in her beautiful studio with fantastic equipment including the Cadillac of reformers. She put me through my paces with a challenging reformer workout and I could really see the results! BONUS- she was trained by a 2nd generation trainers who trained under THE Jospeh Pilates! I first met Tonia in 2019 at a Pilates class hosted through my job. I took her up on a courtesy training session then went on to train with her for my wedding that same year. She helped me with strength & core training. She worked with me side by side, taught me to use my core & proper form. Thanks to her incredible knowledge & motivation, I was able to fit into my dream wedding dress along with a bling accessory belt.
I have continued to train with Tonia over the years. We have SO much fun together in what I refer to as “torture sessions”. I love her energy & ditsy laugh. We complement each other with my feistiness & sassy humor. She even plays gangsta rap to add to the vibe.

Antonia has been my Pilates teacher since 2018 after I broke my elbow. I had always been curious about Pilates and she completely helped realign my left shoulder and arm which been out of balance. From my first session, I was hooked. Being on a Reformer feels like you are taking flight. I became stronger with improved posture and awareness of my movements. I am so grateful that she has this beautiful new space with a top of the line Reformer. Antonia is a gifted teacher and Pilates coach! She gives excellent cues that helps me see/feel the muscles I am working. As a visual person, I find this incredibly motivating. Pilates is safer too because of its intentionality and focus. I can stay present and breathe deeper. After a session, I always feel energized, balanced, empowered and joyful. It releases endorphins that I don't get from the gym. Tonia, is very knowledgeable with Pilates . She’s a great patient instructor. Takes charge of her cls. always making sure each client has proper form . I learned alot from her classes. I was already doing reformer for almost 2 yrs before she was one of my instructors. My form / breathing ect . Tonia, sadly left our Studio, to move on to her next chapter. There’s handful plus of us daily clients , that still talk about Tonia, and what a wonderful instructor she was and miss her dearly .

I had the pleasure of taking my very first Pilates class with Tonia at Lifetime Fitness in South Jordan, and it was such a fantastic experience! Tonia was not only welcoming and encouraging, but she also made sure to guide me through each movement with clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

Tonia is a classically trained Pilates instructor, who is also a master of modern Pilates teaching methods. I am so impressed with my experience. I have several injuries and wasn’t sure that I could handle the class. The instructor is so intuitive to my abilities and modifies the poses to insure I don’t injure myself. My flexibility has vastly improved and my pain level has decreased significantly. I usually lift weights, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from a men’s mat Pilates class, but it was surprisingly challenging in the best way. I felt muscles working that I didn’t even know existed, and it pushed me in a totally different way than strength training does. What made the class even better was the instructor, she’s super knowledgeable, really attentive, and has a great vibe. You can tell she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about how everyone’s moving. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to build strength, control, and body awareness.
