The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were visiting from out of town. I messaged the gym to see about using the facility for a couple days and they responded quickly and were able to work something out with me. I've had gyms in the past just say "we can't do that" and not even have a day pass. I am a competitive powerlifter and looked into this space because it has what I need. I appreciate their flexibility and politeness.

Signed up for “more info” and I quickly get a text from Jonny trying to get info on me. I ask a question since I’m the one interested in them and it’s been a week. Still haven’t heard anything back. Very unprofessional. Don’t know what’s going on in this gym, are we just trying to sell memberships or are we creating a good reputation? Very unprofessional and now won’t even consider signing up with this gym.

Great facility for a college athlete to come home and train over the summer. Vibes are always great and equipment is some of the best on the market. One pass for two locations is sweet too. Lightning is great too for bodybuilding. Thank you to brian and Johnny for running such a great gym!

Im torn. Its a nice gym, has all the features one would want but yes, music is always some kimd of new age rap and its more about avoiding being in peoples videos. NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO BE ADVERTISED ONLINE. If people record theres be respectful for those who go to work out to be an influencer. After 10. Very disrespectful, entitlied "kids"(young 20s) come in and they open the door to ANYONE. This whole key fob after hours to be secure is a joke.... i really wish there was someone there at least to monitor the door.

I wont keep my membership long....im reaching a goal then im cancelling.

Have had several bad scenarios here
kids smoking in the bathrooms,
incompetence with staff and some trainer touched my waist to "move me out of the way" didn't realize it in the moment the individual could've just touched my shoulder. I’m not a client of any personal trainer at reign. The environment has made me uncomfortable for some time,
It's sad, it's a pretty facility but the people inside lack 100%.
The touching of the waist was inappropriate and unprofessional. I wanted to give reign the "benefit of the doubt." But after the following scenarios I wanted to make this post. Even at other gyms in the area, people have talked bad about reign due to the unprofessionalism and the lack of care from the people inside.
I hope it changes. I've been here for around 2 years and I’ve tried to report an issue before for it to seemingly be dismissed. In all the gyms I've been to, I haven't had a gym and its staff make me feel this way.
I hope it changes.
Please consider other gyms in the area.

Excellent gym for youth and adult training. New equipment and very clean. My nephew is age 13 and has been taking wrestling classes at Reign. The coach is very experienced and provides great training.

I hired Billy from your establishment on August 4th as a personal trainer. I paid him $200 and I was supposed to receive a months worth of a personal workout program and two personal training sessions. I received one week worth of workouts and ZERO sessions. He texted me 2 hours before we were supposed to meet and canceled. I later tried to reschedule another time to meet and he never messaged me back on the app he told me to use, texted, nor called me back. I called last week and left my information for a manager to contact me. No one has! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
