If you are interested in changing your habits and achieving your goal, Renov8 Fitness is the place to go. The workouts are very structured and organized, the gym is very clean and is equipped with all the necessary equipment for exercise. You can actually attend in person or you have an option to exercise remotely. You have many coaching plans that you can choose from and you get follow up calls with updates on your progress along with nutrition recommendation. I had a big body transformation in just few months and still working on it with the help of Heather's motivation and coaching technique. I would definitely recommend Renov8 fitness to anybody who is looking for transformation and improving their overall well being.

I had the pleasure to run a spartan race with Heather Binns. The level of knowledge and experience she has in this field is impeccable. From learning techniques of rope climbing. To swinging from monkeybars. Her husband also was very knowledgable. Helped me with the spear throw. Made the experience 10x better. Great vibes. And would I do it again?

I'm an medical intuitive and guide and health is super important to me. So important that when I was given the opportunity to try out Heathers program I was astonished by how thorough and personalized she was. She wanted me to be capable of change without having to sacrifice what I love whether be my favorite way to exercise or my favorite foods. That being said when I asked to be pushed she was right there to make it happen. Her program is great for self starters or people who need a little bit of hand holding and any skill level. I joined Renov8 in the middle of 2020. I didn’t play any sports in school and as an adult never stuck with working out longer than a month. However, the lockdown threatened my ability to fit into my bridesmaid dress in a postponed wedding so I needed to do something about it.
Since the beginning, Heather gave a lot of guidance even in a group virtual setting. Heather pushed me just enough but not too hard. Heather provides a lot of tools to living a little healthier and if she hasn’t heard from me in a week, she always checks in.
The accountability is what has helped me the most, especially in the beginning. Because I had no base to build back on, it took a few months to see real progress in my body so I just had to trust the process. Now, the changes in my body are not just visibly noticeable, but I also feel great in general. I'm still virtual because I moved away during the pandemic but I'm still sticking with Heather.

I started training with Heather for a few months before I got pregnant. With the doctor’s approval and recommendation, I continued training with Heather throughout my pregnancy. Heather customized the program to fit each trimester and how I was feeling each day. I was able to train all the way until a week before delivery. The training helped keep me energized and feeling strong. The focus on staying hydrated and the discipline to keep exercising helped battle fatigue. It also helped my body adjust to the increasing weight and adapt to the new alignment. Not only did the training help me gain the appropriate weight for the pregnancy, it also helped prevent gestational diabetes, which I was prone to getting due to family history.
I was pleasantly surprised during delivery when I realized how much my training contributed to my stamina and ability to use deep core muscles to push, cutting down the usual delivery time for first time mothers, according to my doctor. That was nice to know after a fairly long labor!
Postpartum recovery has been going well too. After 6 weeks and being cleared by my doctor, I was back training with Heather. She customized the program again to account for my condition and it was more focused on rehabilitation for the first few weeks before we added more strength exercises again. With a healthy diet and fairly consistent work out schedule (because finding time to work out with a new born is tough!), getting back to pre pregnancy weight and body fat percentage has been easy and not a stressful endeavor.
It has been nice to have a trainer knowledgeable about pregnancy and the body to guide me through the process. I continue to train with Heather to help me reach my health and fitness goals and to prep for the next pregnancy next year!

I have been at Renov8 for about 4 months now and it has been a life-changing experience. I love the energy Heather has in each session. Even in a session with other people, Heather pays attention to you and makes sure you're doing your exercises properly. She gives you advice and is so patient. I know I have trouble getting some of my exercises right and she is so understanding and lets me take my time. She doesn't pressure me to be perfect right away which I appreciate. Besides from having an awesome trainer like Heather, I love coming in to Renov8 to see the other members. Everyone supports each other and we push each other to go farther. Thanks Heather, taking your class when I was visiting L.A. inspired me to move more and sit less. I know what some of these exercises are but most not. If I lived closer to you I would definitely take classes from you. I really like how you make sure that your “students” are doing the exercises correctly and if not you correct it. And also that you modified what was being done, for me, so that I could still be part of the class but not try to do things that would not be beneficial to me. It’s great to see that after belonging to a facility that took your money but never interacted with or corrected the clients! You were definitely meant to do this!! 👍🏻🥰

I found Renov8 after signing up for my first Spartan race, I had no idea where to begin training and wanted a gym that could give me more attention as a newbie to the sport. After our orientation I was totally sold! Heather keeps classes smaller to still provide individual attention but big enough that you still get to socialize with other people. I’ve been here for a month and a half and have already noticed changes in not only my physical strength but also my confidence in OCR and my own athletic ability. I highly recommend Renov8 for any of you fitness needs!

I’ve been a member at Renov8 for several years now. From day one I have seen steady improvement in my muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, dietary habits, personal motivation to achieve my physical goals. First off, let me say that I have been one that hated working out unless it was dancing or swimming or anything along the lines of that. I have struggled with my weight and been a yo-yo dieter my whole life. I've done every workout and diet known to man and have had gym memberships without the knowledge of proper form or of what workouts or machines to use for my body type.
I joined Renov8 Fitness a year ago and it has been a life changing experience. Not only have I lost 35+ pounds but I am also stronger and leaner. I haven't felt this great in years!!
Heather is an amazing coach and trainer. She is very motivating, fun, friendly, professional, and supportive. She is constantly watching and correcting your form from warm-up to cool down.
She definitely knows her stuff and has years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Heather customizes the workouts for individual sessions that fit your goals, needs, and body type.
Heather also encouraged me to do my first Spartan race! And let me tell you, I NEVER thought I would see the day where I would train and complete a Spartan race. I have always DETESTED running! But I'm so glad Heather motivated and trained me for the race.
Her Spartan training and group classes are intense but fun! She pushes you to reach your highest ability.
Her gym has a family feel which is such a relief! You don't feel intimidated or self-conscious walking in. Heather makes everyone feel welcome!!

I honestly don’t remember how I learned about Renov8 Fitness and the ‘6 Week Fitness Challenge’, but I had just lost about 40 pounds and thought a fitness challenge would be a good ‘next step’. I was using a ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting to lose the weight, so I was quite skeptical in the beginning when Heather gave me my meal and workout plans. I was scared to go back to eating carbs and to eat more than twice a day. BUT, I followed Heather’s plan (except for a few evenings ‘out with friends’) and the results were shocking and amazing! My goal was to lose 6% body fat in 6 weeks, and by week 4 I’d already shed almost 7.5% body fat. I’m frankly flabbergasted! The workout plan only required 3 workouts per week and I rarely put in my own workouts (mostly because of time constraints). Heather’s easy to follow plan, positive attitude, availability, and regular encouragement was fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend contacting Renov8 Fitness if you have an interest or desire to be healthier and get in shape without feeling overworked and overwhelmed! The ‘Challenge’ is a great introduction and they have great membership options to keep your progress going after you meet your goal during the challenge! (And you will meet your goal if you follow the plan!). I can’t more highly recommend Renov8 Fitness! I am not a gym guy, nor am I a person who really likes working out, so this place was a perfect mix of encouragement and acceptance while I adapted to the plan and program! What are you waiting for? Send them an email! Attend an orientation! It’s totally worth it to trust Renov8 Fitness with helping you make that change you’ve been wanting to put into action!

Prior to joining this 6 week challenge with heather, I had lost my ambition to work out and eat healthy. I decided to give her program a chance and I absolutely loved it! Her workouts are great and shes always pushing you to push yourself out of your comfort level. My workout buddies were also welcoming and encouraging. Shes very knowledgeable with the workouts and helps with the form (very important). Aside from the workouts, she provided me a new way of eating, a healthier way. Adjusting to eating healthier was not bad at all and I saw results. She provided recipes and meal prep ideas; which I still use and follow. Although I completed and met my challenge by losing 11% body fat, I will continue to use all the tools she provided me. Thanks heather for everything!! Best program and I recommend it to anyone that wants to lose weight and build strength!

I completed my first Spartan Race in Jan 2017. It was a Sprint, and I was sore for a week. According to my cousin, it was considered one of the easiest races. I knew that if I wanted to complete a Trifecta that year, I had to find a place where I can train for the other 2 races (Super and Beast) I looked for a certified Spartan trainer and found Heather Binns at Renov8 fitness. I'm glad I found her because the group and individual coaching sessions were exactly what I needed to get me in shape for my races. While doing the Super and the Beast, I really felt what Heather designed for me in my individual coaching session helped give me the strength and stamina to finish these races. I not only noticed a difference during the race, but in my everyday life. I felt better, stronger and I was able to achieve my Trifecta for 2017. Heather has many accomplishments of her own. She has obtained Spartan Trifectas, an Iron Man, Marathons and 1/2 Marathons. She is an example of hard work and shows me that there is no miracle pill to getting in shape and living a healthy lifestyle. Heather shows you that for you to reach your personal goals, you must show up and be consistence by making this a lifestyle. She is a living example and an inspiration.

Excellent gym! Heather is a very knowledgeable and a caring trainer. She watches you like a hawk! The classes are small and the camaraderie is great. The exercise routines range from cardio to weight training to a mixture of both and she changes them monthly, so you (and your muscles) never get bored. I liked it so much, I signed up for another year. If you're willing to put in the hard work and commit, this is the gym for you.

I was a regular member of Renov8 for 5 months. I was working in the area and looking for a gym and trainer during my stay. I am not fit and have health issues and was concerned about being pushed in ways that would harm versus help. Just the opposite happened with Heather Binns. She worked on a custom program that allowed me to work on my strength and overall fitness while keeping in line with my Dr's requests.
The gym wasn't too big, the classes were full of people from various levels of fitness, but I was never intimidated and felt great support from the trainer and the other members.
I regret having to leave, but it's hard to attend a gym that's a few thousand miles away.

Renov8 changed my life completely. I've always been an athletic person especially in high school but after I had my daughter at the age of 19 my condition weakened. I tried dieting on my own ans exercising on my own and I always ended up giving up. I gained a lot of weight and was eating very unhealthy. After hearing about renov8 of course I was skeptical but after trying it once I was hooked. Heather Binns gave me the motivation I needed. I lost more than half of my body fat and 12 pounds. Renov8 Fitness: I meet Heather Binns and her gym Renov8 Fitness through my wife when she joined Heather’s gym. I been running for a few years now, and started lifting again a year ago. My wife told me that Renov 8 Fitness will be hosting a Spartan Training program for the sprint race in December of 2016. A Spartan race is something I been wanting to do for a long time, I just didn't know where to start. My wife convinced me to join the Spartan Training Program at Renov 8 Fitness , she told me Heather is great, she will teach you form, how to properly do an exercise and focus on your athletic ability. So I was convinced to join, and I am glad I did. Not only did I get the opportunity to meet great people that are now becoming friends, but Heathers’ work ethic has made me feel comfortable in the world of fitness. I learning how to properly do squats, how to properly stretch, and the list can go on. During the Spartan Training program, I saw results in my body I have not seen in a long time, I feel confident, I see myself walking taller everyday and feeling comfortable. I still have a long journey to go through, and I know I am in good hands with Heather. During her workouts, she motivates you to keep pushing, constantly reminding you of the simple things to do in your daily lifestyles, like drinking a lot of water. This is not your typical box gym, and Heather is one of a kind. She will go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. I wished I could of meet Heather and her gym a long time ago. She has improve my running and lifting. She changed my way of living, the way I think in and out of the gym. She is always smiling, always willing to help her team and members, helping her community and making exercising fun and exciting.

This is coming from an average woman who has been a yo-yo dieter, not really knowing how to exercise, buying an expensive exercise machine with expectations of miracles, followed by spending my money on EVERY.SINGLE.DIET plan, shake, and pill invented by man.
Not knowing where to start, or how to go about working out I decided to Google "Personal Trainer Near me". I got a few hits, but Heather sent me the most personable and genuine attempt to hear me out. She was quick to schedule time to chat, but she didn't need to say much. I felt comfortable and willing to work. I was very clear from the beginning. I have zero strength, some motivation, but a lot to lose (pounds that is).
Its been exactly a year since I've joined Heather's small box gym and I've lost a lot of inches and a lot of fat. I'm the strongest I've ever been and I feel amazing! I don't think I've ever seen Heather do anything, but smile and be positive to all of us.
