The BEST gym for weightlifting in Orange County! Tons of platforms and a really smart layout with different areas for Olympic lifts versus stretching, dumbbells, etc. Great quality equipment — the bars are perfect.
The owner is great vibes too and super accommodating! Drop-in for a lift if you're ever visiting the Anaheim area!

I've been wanting to do olympic weightlifting for years. I've tried it at crossfit classes and sucked at it. After gyms started reopening, I found this hidden gem after searching on yelp. Luckily, I was just in time for the weightlifting fundamentals class which I highly recommend. Coach Jared was awesome. He's patient and showed great expertise. Not only did he get me comfortable with the lifts, he was able to diagnose various aches and pains that I had from other activities like basketball and was able to suggest remedies. I enjoyed the classes so much, I continue to be a member after the course was finished. The other members here are extremely friendly as well. Highly recommend checking this place out for olympic weightlifting or general strength training.

Adam and Jeff run a tight ship here. Good amount of room to perform the routine of your choice with good safety precautions. A business that is well worth supporting. Not only good for olympic weightlifters and powerlifters, but also just good for general strength training.

I have been going to Rep Max Performance for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but a positive experience lifting here. The coaches are awesome, extremely knowledgeable and caring. They do a great job at listening to your goals and implementing them into our training program. They have all the equipment I could ever need, and then some, and everything is kept clean. Not only are the coaches awesome but so are the members!! I love this gym!

I feel that some gyms can feel intimidating, but I have never felt that way here; the environment is extremely positive and welcoming for all groups and levels. This is a great place to get started on Olympic weightlifting. I had the pleasure of working with the phenomenal Coach Jeff! Not only does he have so much knowledge to impart, seeing him go through his own training lets me know that he practices what he preaches. It's not easy finding coaches/trainers that have a strong background in a sport, understand the science behind it, and who genuinely care, but Rep Max Performance definitely has that going on. I definitely recommend coming to check them out, even if it's only to see what they offer because I know they'll impress you.

Can't say enough about this gym. The coaches will bring the very best out of you! The coaching staff are very friendly and knowledgeable that makes you want to be excited to do weightlifting. The facility has everything you need for strength and conditioning. The overall atmosphere is awesome with encouraging teammates and coaches that makes you want push through your limits! I was able to hit several lifetimes personal records while performing exercises with correct forms. Adam and Jeff are very accommodating and will create programs that is tailored to make you a better athlete!

The best coaches and the best facilities. Everyone who lifts here become like family. It is a great environment. The coaches are also available remotely but are so tuned into your workouts that it is like they are sitting with you. They are also great about nutrition coaching so you can be as strong as possible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Where do I begin?! This is not just a gym, its a family! Each and every one of the coaches/staff has your best interest at heart. They keep you on track to meet your goals each and every step of the way. The weightlifting atmosphere at Rep Max is amazing and compares to no other. Each and every member supports, cheers and laughs together. If you're looking to be the best version of yourself with other strong like-minded people this place is for you! If you are looking to improve your overall weightlifting ability, then this is the place for you. A dedicated weightlifting gym that has coaching and programming available for those who seek it.
On the other hand, if you take your weightlifting or powerlifting seriously, then this is a solid environment that has all the equipment you need to improve your ability.
Don't be intimidated by the above as they also offer interval classes for those looking to improve their general fitness.

If you are looking to get back into shape, start out with weightlifting, find a place to weightlift at, powerlift, personal training, join a small group fitness class, meet some really cool people, and/or just work out, this is the place for you!!! I’ve been weightlifting at Rep Max Performance since March and have made it my second home. The coaches here are amazing and only want the best for you, so I truly recommend if you are seeking a local gym and not some over crowded commercial gym like 24 hour or LA fitness.

I’ve been with Rep Max for about 4 months and it is seriously the best decision I could have ever made. I struggled at 24 Hour Fitness. It was intimidating and I knew I wasn’t making the most of my time there. Since joining Rep Max I’ve lost a ton of weight and gained even more confidence. They provide personalized weekly programming and are there on site to answer questions and make sure you’re doing things the right way. If you’re looking for a more personalized gym experience and a rad group of people to workout with, this is your place!

This is a great gym and I enjoy going here. Their music is great and the staff is beyond awesome.
Jeff was training me before they had opened the gym and I was improving weekly. I was breaking all my PRs and once their gym opened I started improving even more. This gym is great for weightlifters, powerlifters and even people who want more of a class setting. They accommodate everyone of different backgrounds in fitness.
There is always a coach in the gym that will answer any questions you have and is willing to watch your form. I have a herniated disk and working with both Adam and Jeff I've been able to do deadlifts and back squats without an major problems. Adam, Jeff and the rest of the staff are very knowledgable in the field of fitness, especially when it comes to powerlifting and weightlifting. I am always asking question and it's great to learn from them.
The environment is always friendly, both the staff and other gym members are approachable and kind. I love this gym and will keep going to it as long as I'm in Orange County and Los Angeles.
