I’ve been training with Kevin since summer 2023 when my first kid was 14 months old. For having been an avid gym goer and half marathon runner pre-kids, I was still significantly overweight after having breastfed and needed an extra kick in the pants to get my fitness back on track. Kevin at Resilience Personal Training did that and more. He adapts workouts to your needs but keeps them challenging and dynamic. He takes into account mental and nutritional needs as well, which has been a bonus. I thought I’d taper off training once I was on my fitness feet again but Kevin’s sessions have become a staple in my weekly workout routine. Even now when I’m 5 months pregnant with my second child. And I’ve recruited my husband to start training with Kevin as well. Thank you for all you do, Kevin!

Resilience Personal training is a fantastic place! I am 46 years old and have been training with Resilience for about 2 years now. My experience has been amazing. This phrase is thrown around too freely, but I really am in the best shape of my life. I train for overall health, better sports performance and to look better at the beach. I have achieved all 3 thanks to the truly "personal", customized plans and instruction from Resilience. The staff is knowledgeable, safety conscious and they really help you to achieve your goals, all in a good-vibes and non-intimidating atmosphere. I cannot recommend them enough.
Sept 2021 Update: Now going on almost 5 years training with Resilience. I am approaching 49 years old and can definitely say Resilience has been pivotal in my quest to keep the effects of getting older at bay. I am stronger and wear smaller waist boardshorts than I did when I wrote my first review two years ago!
