I've been going here for a little over a year now, and I love it. Chris is always checking up on me to make sure I get in if I've missed a couple of days. Their personal training is great, Sophina and Chris are definitely pro at what they do.

Me and my wife have been coming here off an on for years. The gym is amazing. Chris is just as Amazing as his gym. The experience has been everything we could imagine and the workouts and training are GREAT!!! They have it all for you, even meals! If you're serious about health and fitness I'd recommend you giving them a chance.

Love this place and I can’t believe how much and how fast I lose the extra weight. The trainers are very helpful and really know what they are doing. (Love when people tell me I look different and ask what gym am going to)
