I started "Working Out" at Retro San Jose a couple of Months ago, after Not exercising for a Very Long Time!
The Staff is Always Friendly and Helpful when I get into the Gym, making sure that I know which equipment I should use, and How to use it Safely and Correctly!
I have a Family Membership so our Sons can accompany me when their schedules permit.
The Club is Always Extremely Clean, and ALL of the Equipment is in Working Order at All Times!
At some point in the Not too distant future, I Hope to enroll into a couple of classes so that I can Begin to get in Better Shape and Loose some weight in the process!
I have, and Will Contuine to Recommend Retro to my Family and Friends!

I totally admit I probably need to spend 24 hours here to actually get thru the process of evaluating them properly instead of coming in daily and sitting on the Expresso Bike for 30 minutes then going into the weight machines then running on treadmill then sitting in the workout room and stretching. Probably spending 45 minutes watching a movie in the Cardio Theater is a good idea because you forget you are working out then doing some crunches on the abs machine ...oh did I mention that these machines and workout areas are bright yellow and red and clean. There is a trainer nearby to help out and a cheerleading team at the front desk. Yes, there is a tanning room and childcare but not in the same room ...mmm okay that makes sense. The RetroBlends are delish and there is Happy Hour that I totally recommend!
So yeah I love it plus I have lost something there and they didn't find it ...about 30 pounds of fat :)
