I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick, at Revel Athletix for body work massage after my rotator cuff surgery, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
It's been four months since my surgery, and I was feeling extremely tight with a lot of scar tissue that was really limiting my range of motion. After just one session with Nick, I experienced more progress than I had in the entire four months prior!
Nick is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and the muscles he's working on. He skillfully incorporates both stretching and massage techniques into his sessions, which has made a significant difference in my recovery.

Nick is one if the best trainers I have had over the years. His workouts are varied, always challenging, but also fun. His depth of knowledge is a real strong point so he can work with both your strengths and weaknesses. He tailors everything to meet your personal fitness goals and is always encouraging. Please note, he will have you doing crazy stuff you never thought you could do, but that's the fun of it. No two work outs are ever the same, which I loved. It kept me very engaged.

I've worked with Nick for over a year and it's been really awesome. I'm more used to yoga and things like that but I wanted to do muscle building but something a bit different from just weight lifting exercises in a gym. Nick creates tailor-made lessons, fresh every week, that helped me gain strength and really improve my handstands (which was super challenging--such a lot of it is headspace so he had to really coach me through them--and super exciting). Also, he's an amazing massage therapist with precision understanding of the body. I have knee issues and sometimes squats are really painful and Nick could work on my knee and then I could squat all the way down with no knee pain. So, excellent in both areas. If you get to work with Nick, you're super lucky!

I've been training with Nick since 2013, including remotely during COVID or when I’m traveling for work. His workouts are always creative and tailored to my specific needs, whether I'm focusing on strength, climbing (bouldering), or addressing a tight shoulder muscle. In-person sessions are especially intense and fun, pushing me to achieve more than I thought possible. Nick has an incredible ability to select the perfect stretch or exercise to target exactly what I need, helping me progress consistently. Above all, he’s motivating and knows how to make every workout both challenging and enjoyable - including for someone like me who is not self-motivated to "work out".

As a personal trainer myself, I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my own training needs. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable, and is able to find creative solutions to performance plateaus and workarounds for injuries and movement limitations. He’s great at creating progressive and challenging workouts, and effective programming to get you to your goals- whether it’s handstands, backflips or just perfecting your basic squat. I’ve had LOTS of trainers in the past but Nick is far and away the best. Fun, motivational, and super results oriented. He kicks your ass in the best way possible. He knows your limits but he also makes you test them all the time and then…viola! A breakthrough you never thought you’d make but there you are. I can’t say enough good things about Nick and my body never looked better after training with him.

I couldn't have asked for a better personal trainer than Nick. After dealing with chronic shoulder issues that had kept me from working out, I was hesitant to get back into fitness. Short review - Nick is everything the other 5 star reviewers have said and more. He tailors each session specifically to your needs. Strength, flexibility, injury recovery, massage, Nick does it all. Longer review - I am a 34 year old guy who has worked at a desk for decades. One day, for whatever reason, I decided to take action and get into shape. I asked my neighbor who I should work with and he recommended Nick. This was 2 years ago.
Today, I can bend further, run farther, and lift more than ever. Literally every aspect of my physical being has been improved because of Nick.

Nick was the best trainer I ever worked with! Very versatile, creative and encouraging. He helped me work through several back and shoulder injuries better than the PTs I was being referred to by doctors. I worked out with him in a well-equipped gym, and then at his home during the pandemic with limited equipment. He also gave me a couple of massages, and the guy MURDERS you - don't expect the nice relaxing Swedish experience.

Nick is a FANTASTIC personal trainer, confident and coach. He pushes hard to get you the results that are right for you.
I used to say, ‘I want to crawl back into the changing rooms spent’. He took me for my word. Over the course of a couple of years aged 45 I got my 35 year old body back.
I love the guy.
I miss the fact that I can no longer work with him as I moved to LA
