I’ve been training with Ilana at Revive Strength for a couple years now, and honestly, it’s been awesome. My aches and pains have really calmed down, and I’m seeing lean muscle come through like never before. Ilana’s chill but knows exactly how to push me in the right way. Every workout feels different and doable, and I actually look forward to it. If you want to feel better and stronger, she’s the one to work with!

I don’t normally write reviews. But I’ve been going on a weight loss journey and struggling with it having the lack of motivation. Fortunately, I managed to find Ilana off of Google and she seems like the right person that doesn’t judge and keeps up high energy and positive thinking which made her a perfect fit. It definitely helps to have someone that’s knowledgeable and also is patient enough not to push you to the point of injury, I’ve actually managed to lose 2 pounds a week for six weeks with her guidance. I’ve been lucky enough to find her and if anyone’s considering going on their own weight-loss journey or physical health, I would highly recommend her.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer who actually gets to know you, this is the place. Ilana’s approach is totally customized, and I never feel like I’m just going through the motions. You can really tell she comes from a corrective exercise approach and is very knowledgable. The workouts are challenging (which I need), but she always follows up to see how I’m feeling. A well deserved five stars

I highly recommend strength training with Ilana! She offers well rounded, creative, challenging and modification friendly programming, and I always leave feeling amazing. She’s helped me build strength and stay active through my second trimester and now into my third trimester of pregnancy.
