We are a private personal training gym for one on one training, group training, and classes. We provide everything you need to help achieve your personal goals including food intake breakdown (macro’s and calories), body fat and muscle mass measurements, exercise specific training, and meal prep (additional cost). We believe knowledge is the key to success, so come join the team, see where you are today and reach for the new goals of tomorrow. All is welcomed with a wide variety of experience and training to fit anyone’s needs.

I love Kim.
She was training me pre-covid and then I had a bad car accident, followed by a difficult recovery and several other health issues. As soon as I was medically cleared, I began working out with her again, but now she has this fabulous gym!! During the beginning of my workout she was very careful of my body and the things I needed to work out so I wouldn’t hurt myself more.
She offers one-on-one as well as group sessions. Kim is a great trainer with a positive vibe and pushes you to do ur best. She is a very intelligent and understanding woman and training with her is fun.
Kim also offers meal prepping and at home workouts schedules.
PS: she makes the best protein muffins ever!!
PPS: there is an infrared sauna that is LIFE😌😌
