I started my health journey with a lot of anxiety around working out, even getting my heart rate up would sometimes trigger panic attacks. On my very first day, during the assessment, I started to panic, but Raheem's calm and steady presence helped me ground myself. His encouragement gave me the confidence to push further than I thought I could.

Later, when I injured my back outside of training, Raheem was patient, supportive, and always encouraging while I recovered. He truly cares about his clients, brings years of experience to his work, and makes the process feel safe while still pushing you to grow!

I have had multiple personal trainers in the past, however Raheem is the best. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to meet your fitness goals.

Strength: I have never felt this strong before. There is a significant difference in the amount of weight I can lift.

Toning and weight loss: Raheem has helped bring me to the best shape.

Gym: the gym is huge with a lot of equipments.

Exercise Schedule: I never get bored with my exercise schedule because we keep changing our exercises.

Knowledge: Raheem knows what he is doing and is really good at it. He has good knowledge of how exercises impact different muscle groups. He focuses a lot on injury prevention and helps build good form

Raheem is the best personal trainer!!!, he is very professional and very motivating while training, and slowly help you push your boundaries and comes across as a very kind person!! Raheem has been my personal trainer for almost 6 years. He's an amazing Master Trainer who has encouraged me, pushed me and helped me exceed my personal training goals. His sessions are held in a small private gym where you must be with a trainer, so no competing for equipment like in a large health club. I highly recommend Raheem for anyone serious about adding fitness to their routine.
