Alisa has been such a game changer for me! I’ve been working out on my own for quite some time just using information online. That worked for a little while, but then I hit a plateau that I was not able to overcome. When I started training with Alisa, she very quickly helped push me through that plateau and I have made it so much progress with her since then!

Within two months with her, I gained 2 pounds of muscle and lowered my body fat at the same time. I’m feeling better and looking better than ever before.

She is so knowledgeable at what she does and also brings the best energy to our sessions, which makes me excited to go every time!

I started coming to Alisa in January (8 months ago) and my goodness has it been the biggest blessing for me and also my biggest accomplishment. Alisa is knowledgeable, encouraging and so supportive. I’m currently 3 months postpartum and was ready to start my fitness journey! Getting Alisa to be my trainer was probably one of the best decisions I’ve made. She is patient, has a positive attitude, and always pushing me to do better. If you think ever think about starting your fitness journey having Alisa as a trainer will be a great start. You will learn how to properly lift and be held accountable. She is also very flexible and responsive whenever you have any questions.
