I was a varsity wrestler and golfer. I have also been exercising at home and in the gym since I was 15 years old. I was a personal trainer on the East Coast. Coming to Los Angeles in 2009, I was surprised at how many people lack the proper knowledge, discipline and accountability to get REAL FITNESS RESULTS & KEEP THEM...

I wanted to give a shoutout to Rich and his awesome personal training skills. Seriously, this guy has been a game-changer for me on my fitness journey. I've never been this motivated and excited about working out before.

I was looking for a great personal trainer who could help me lose weight and feel good about myself during the process because some years earlier I had a previous personal trainer who didn't explain things properly about dieting and exercise. I also felt that other trainers only want money but Rich is completely different. Rich is patient, encouraging, and calm.
