the equipment and all are in working order. there is tons of space in the gym - not like planet phatness. it is phone and tv free - a blessing. i'm there to work out, not listen to game shows. the hours ares somewhat limited, but the lower price reflects that. plus, if you are on the treadmills stationary bikes, etc, there is a pretty nice view of a little valley

I have been a Hilltop YMCA member for years. I love the fitness classes, like Saturday Zumba and H.I.I.T. classes. I also enjoy taking yoga and body conditioning classes during the week. The instructors are awesome. They really make you sweat and you can go at your own pace. My fitness has really improved and I am satisfied with the friendly and open environment. The gym is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They also have pickleball and open basketball if anyone is looking for that type of exercise. I come out of the exercise classes very happy, strong and accomplished. I am glad I am a member.

I have gone here for nearly 15 years before and after they closed down and reopened, and all my experiences have been positive until today. I have always gotten along quite well with all the different staff members, but today a very rude and condescending young lady working at the front desk made me feel very unvalued and unwelcome. I was having an issue with my membership and hoping to renew it, but after my encounter with this individual, I am sure I will not be returning to this location any time soon. I recommend that management hires and chooses to keep individuals that represent this organization in a positive way, not those who give the Y a bad reputation. Please do better.

I have been using this 'new' Y since it reopened. It offers very little except it is clean and it is open. It is not terribly friendly and empty most of the time. I was a longtime member when pool was still there. It was lively, with a lot of classes. I really miss the old weight room - it was great..personal trainers, etc. It is now downstairs and has everything but people and staff. It's very large yet usually empty. The temp is often not controlled (hot); there are no trainers around.
The staff/corporate office don't engage or respond to requests. It's under construction for a child center/offices. Once that begins, I'm quitting. They also removed about four older flowering pear trees in the front lot about a year ago, to put in parking lamps,

Very positive experience! I’m a YMCA member from outside of state visiting the area, and everyone were wonderful starting from the desk person, to the instructor and the members who were participating in the fitness class were all welcoming and friendly.

VERY overpriced at $39 a month for NOT having a sauna open, boys locker room is TOO small, the men's locker room needs to be reopen. SMFH.

Apparently they can afford to buy a new 86" lg tv but can not reopen the sauna. SMFH.

Older asian lady that works here was very rude, when asked a simple question about the sauna. SMFH.

Ymca does NOT care about its members, it was shown when covid forced the closure and members were still getting charged. SMFH.

8pm is already early for a gym to close but just pulled up here at 6PM after a long day of work only to find closed gates and gym…. Turns out they close at 4PM on fridays. It’s a great gym when they are open but these hours aren’t cutting it. Some of us work all day and need to workout late night. Willing to change to 5 stars if they ever go back to their old hours.

Loved it so far. I have been enjoying the weight room and loved everything about the weight room until they decided to change everything and put all the weights downstairs with huge walls, no mirrors, without enough air circulation andddddd next to kids room. I am ready to quit the membership and join city sports for better weight room experience. Thanks for the service so far.

Worse gym I had ever been a member of. The parking is usually full. No towels. Equipments are older than the mountains. Trainers here don’t care about personal space. I was stretching and one of the trainer stood like right by my face. Super disrespectful.

My family and I really enjoy this Ymca. The BRAND NEW cardio machines are very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Child Watch staff are awesome! This Ymca offers a variety of activities for the kids and many Family Friendly classes. I also enjoy the pool and sauna. It's a great place for the whole family!
