If you're wanting to try yoga, this place is for you! I wish I had found this studio years ago. The owners and instructors are wonderful and very supportive to make sure beginners,like me, get the modifications or extra attention needed to get the most from the sessions. If you're a dog lover, you will be pleased to be greeted by our studio support canine who is gentle and chill as can be. Namaste 🙏

I recently started attending classes at Rio Hot Yoga, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the infrared heat creates the perfect environment for both hot yoga and Pilates. Each session leaves me feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Such a nice studio! We did the one-month intro and got hooked. Tons of class options, great instruction, and friendly community. The classes are definitely challenging but the instructors really hammer into your head the importance of listening to your body and will give you alternate positions if needed. I just wish we'd started going sooner!

I love this beautiful studio! Took a hot vinyasa flow from Josiah, who is an amazing instructor and makes you feel at home. The studio is warm, welcoming, clean, has all the amenities you need and is located right by the water! The vibes are high and I will definitely be coming back! What a special place :)

Oh m gee! The IHP class(Inferno Hot Pilates) has positively changed my life. I'm addicted. I love the vibe of this studio. I feel happy when I enter the studio and so relaxed and at peace when I leave after a class. The 3 instructors I've had including the owner Josiah have ALL been amazing and I always look forward to my next class.
