Great first time ! Isabelle and the crew were beyond amazing. There was a mix up about booking when we arrived but the staff cleared everything up for me and my party of 3. The personality of the instructor was awesome. It was all of our first time and while we were NOT experienced Isabelle complimented still and even stopped and slowed down when we needed extra help. This was one of the best experiences ever and I’ll definitely be back !

Recently had a bachelorette private class here! Ong was a great instructor and really took the time to introduce us to the space, making us feel very welcome. She choreographed a dance to our bride’s chosen song, and then taught it to us with modifications included for fitness levels and comfort levels. The studio was clean, well kept, and private just for our party. 10/10 recommend!

I love coming to Rise and Climb. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive environment. If you are looking for a place that has no judgement and appreciates all who attend, this is the pole studio for you! Each teacher has different skill sets, providing a diverse learning experience. There is also variety, from dance and tricks, to conditioning and Chairplay. There is something for everyone, don’t doubt that you can do it, because you can!

I made a lot of new friends here and the studio is so welcoming. I never knew I could bond with so many people! I wasn’t sure whether or not I could continue pole after moving down from the Bay Area down to Riverside, so when I found this studio opened up nearby, I was so ecstatic. Rachel hands-down one of my most favorite instructors down here. She’s great at challenging people, super kind, and she helped clean up a lot of my foundational skills. I’m much more bodily aware compared to when I first started, and I’ve noticed I’ve become a lot more stronger and stable too. I really like the 15 minute break between classes, so if I want to go back-to-back, I get time to breathe. I also love their button week for members. It made me super motivated to get my Iron X and all other moves they had, just so I could get a cute little button to attach on my grip bag or lanyard. My only complaint, sort of, is that sometimes I find the classes really slow for me, but no worries because that also allowed me to clean up A LOT and focus on the small details of what I’ve been working on.

I feel that their 5 minute late policy should be changed. As soon as I got off of work I drove 45 minutes from Calimesa to Riverside in bumper to bumper traffic to try to make it to the 5 o'clock session and found myself locked out with a note on their door telling me I would not be able to attend and a refund would not be given. I was hoping to find a new pole home a little closer to home but I will not be returning. I will continue to give my business to Romance and Dance.

I really appreciate Rachel as a pole instructor. She focuses on helping her students engage the right muscles and use the right techniques to build a strong foundation. Since I started taking her classes, I broke some bad habits I didn't know I had! She's also really encouraging and accommodating to every student's needs.

As a first timer Amber's class was perfect. She took the time to show me multiple times & I enjoyed the class overall. Great workout as well. I will definitely be going again!!!

An intimate pole studio that offers a variety of classes throughout the week with qualified and caring teachers. The dancers here are welcoming and accepting and the energy is uplifting. I recommend to try a class and find your sensual side through dancing! I took Freestyle and love that I can flow into my own style. Highly recommend giving this studio a try!!!

Love this beautiful pole studio and all their thoughtful touches. Small class sizes so I get more one-on-on attention from instructors! These instuctors are soo talented and teach all kinds of different tricks! They focus on technique and conditioning so I can be strong enough to do moves correctly. Definetly recommend visiting!

I signed up for two Saturday morning classes with Jen! I have a pole background but have been out of the pole game for the past year. Jen's level 2 and level 3 classes were a great way to get back to some of the basics I've neglected and challenge myself to try some new things. Jen was really knowledgeable and patient! The space was also ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! very clean and spacious. I love the warm and welcoming environment. 100% recommend for newcomers to pole and more advanced polers! Great all around!
