I reached out to Rise with hope to be able to work out again after a year in physical therapy for herniated discs and spinal stenosis. Finding a safe and supportive environment was really important to me.
What I’ve been most impressed by at Rise is their multifaceted approach that combines movement with a strong focus on the mind-body connection and overcoming the fear of moving after an injury. Aaron has been great at keeping a steady forward motion in my program, with a balance of progression and recovery. All of the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with, and I’m so happy to be moving in ways I hadn’t been able to in a very long time!

Rise is an amazing gym with state of the art equipment. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The workouts are awesome full body workouts. The workouts are designed around your specific needs and injuries.

I've been at Rise for about two months now, after making the switch from CrossFit. For years, I struggled with shoulder and back pain but just ignored it..believing a workout didn’t count unless I ended up on the floor completely dying. I was constantly in pain, and I let the gym take over my life — planning everything around it.
When I first joined Rise, I told myself I’d only stay a few weeks, just long enough to heal up before heading back to CrossFit. But two months later, I’m still here..and I’m loving every minute of it. For the first time in years, I’m working out pain-free and actually enjoying movement again. I’ve learned so much about my body and I'm finally rebuilding a healthier relationship with exercise.
The coaching staff is awesome! They're always supportive, knowledgeable, and ready to meet me where I’m at. Blake’s programming has challenged me not just physically, but more importantly-mentally. Even on my most challenging days, they help me work through whatever it is instead of letting just ignoring it.I can't thank the staff at Rise enough for helping me live my life again!

Joining Rise has changed my life.
When I first started at Rise, I had severe body pain; I had seen multiple doctors and many specialists, and yet, no one could help me with my pain, and the plan of action was always: take medication. I had severe cognitive impairment, my PCOS was the worst it had ever been, my energy was so low, I couldn't even accomplish daily tasks of cleaning the house or playing with my children. I told myself, "I'm only 29 and I can't imagine living the rest of my life like this."
I started at Rise back in September 2024, and almost a year later, ALL of these symptoms are gone—no medication, just dedication and encouragement from the Rise team. Their knowledge and heart to create "better humans" is unmatched. I showed up as I was, and they met me right where I was. Thank you, Rise team, for changing the trajectory of my life! I'm excited for my children to inherit this beautiful gift.

I came to Rise at one of the lowest points in my life. I felt stuck - physically, mentally, and emotionally. This past year has been incredibly difficult, and I was hesitant to try something new. But from my first conversation with Aaron, I felt a sense of calm and knew I was taking a step in the right direction.
Since starting at Rise, my back and knee pain have improved significantly, and I genuinely feel hopeful again. The anxiety I had walking in was gone by the end of my first session. For the first time in a long time, I’m putting myself first, and it feels really good. I feel proud of myself again!
Everyone at Rise has been very supportive. The trainers are not only kind, but clearly know their stuff. It’s comforting to be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they’re doing and genuinely care! Even the name “Rise” hits home for me. It came into my life right when I needed it. I truly feel like I’m rising, not just in my health, but in every part of who I am.

I absolutely love Rise Fitness & Performance. I have signed up for their personal training program. It’s amazing the fitness program they have put together for me. I work with Katie and Aaron. I tried to contact the gym to get more information multiple times but never heard back. First I called but didn’t get an answer, not complaining since I understand they could've been busy at the time. Then I left my contact information on their website, and I was contacted by text and was told they would call me later in the day but I never received a call or text after that. I decided to give them one last try and go in person only because of how close they are to my home. The staff was busy at time I went but they told me to leave my contact information and I did but I never heard from them.

I’ve been a member of Rise Fitness & Performance for 1 1/2 years. Because of the training I receive with their caring and knowledgeable coaches, I was able to ride many miles on multiple days with my grandson without a problem during my latest visit. Keeping up with all my grandchildren motivates me to be my very best, and Rise helps me achieve just that!!!

BIG fan of Rise Fitness & Performance! Starting at a gym can be so intimidating and awkward but it truly never was here. The coaches actually care and know about each member’s needs, not just a quick random hello when you walk in. Also, the other members are just there to better themselves too, so there’s no weird competitive vibes. Rise’s dedication to overall health & wellness, not just lifting heavy weights, is so unique and pure, it makes you want to be part of it and be the best you. I joined Rise a little over a year ago and can undoubtedly say it has improved the quality of my life!
The last 15 years of BJJ training has taken its toll and I knew I needed to address the pains and stiffness I was having throughout my body.
Today I feel completely different. No knee pain, increase ROM in my shoulders, and increase flexibility in my hips and lower back. This is all due to the high level instruction and coaching at Rise.
Thank you for helping me live a more fulfilling, pain free life!
Just finished my 1st month at Rise and couldn't be happier with signing up here. I was looking to supplement my BJJ training with some strength and conditioning and found this to be exactly what I was looking for. Classes start as early as 515a which is nice to get at before work. Of course there are afternoon classes also. Each class goes about 50min and incorporates stretching, foam rolling and warmup exercises. The coaching is excellent. They are all knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and positive individuals. I greatly appreciate their help in improving my form and technique. The gym has a great vibe/atmosphere that keeps me wanting to come back for more. My plan was to do only 3 classes a week but I find myself looking forward to doing a class everyday now!

I am so happy to have found RISE! My prior gym helped me form a habit of working out regularly, but it turns out I also had pretty terrible form on most things! Chronic low back and right shoulder pain was reduced within a month of working out at RISE and is now almost non-existent.
The coaches are attentive at each and every session, and I love we have the option to use equipment throughout the day when classes aren't happening (just in case you can't make a scheduled time). The thought put into each and every workout as well as each coach's dedication to gaining knowledge and certifications is outstanding.
The atmosphere is warm and like a family, no lunk alarms are going off at this place and everyone is really welcoming. I never feel judged or out of place and although at times the classes seem large, I receive coaching at least once at every single session (and I go 5-6 days/week!). They truly do keep an eye on each member to ensure safety and effectiveness of each movement.
Thanks in large part to RISE, both my husband and I are upping our fitness game and have improved in our ability to do the activities we love - trail runs and Spartan races.

I’ve never enjoyed working out or felt like I knew what to do until I worked out under Aaron and Kyle. They’ve taught me so much. I never knew about right and wrong technique... that’s been a game changer for me. I now can confidently workout the right way and it’s made my body stronger! I have been around athletics and fitness my entire life and I have not found a community of people and trainers like Rise. Specifically Aaron Sing...this guy has been in my corner full of expertise and inspiration to help me be in the best shape of my life within the past 15 years. He’s not this macho guy trying just trying to make a name for himself. He is excellent and what he does but the way he connects and cares for others is unique in today’s world. A great example occurred this week: I tweaked my lower back earlier this week and he had me come in to help me stretch and inch my way back to health while he coached his small group of 6. Most people are flat out too busy and too selfish to care about things that are not directly effecting their bottom line or enhancing their reputation. Aaron is the real deal and I appreciate what his team and this community has encouraged me to stay after it, one day at a time to help me get in ultimate shape, mind, body and soul. Thank you Rise!!!

The truth!!!! After years of allowing myself to fall into a sedentary lifestyle, the thought of joining a fitness community such as RISE was very intimidating for me. BUT, from the moment I walked in and met Aaron and his staff that all changed. I found that every coach is top notch. I love my Coach Kyle. They not only have the technical expertise but they have the emotional integrity to embrace someone who walks through their door needing that extra encouragement while beginning their fitness journey. The coaches are educated, supportive and love what they are doing. Every member I’ve met have also been so friendly and welcoming. This is truly a community of great people and it’s just a happy and fun place!!! I highly recommend RISE if you’re a beginner (any age) or a beast!!! All levels here RISEAS1

I absolutely love this gym and the coaches. They’ve created an atmosphere that is friendly and comfortable to workout in. I always get instruction on my lifts and movements so I won’t get injuries.
