I visited this studio for specialty workshops and while I enjoyed the workshops, I was also amazed with how spacious the studio is. You can spin without kicking your neighbor AND do a ton of floorwork. The studio is clean and has a boutique where you can purchase polewear and accessories (brilliant idea!). I've taken a handful of classes from one of the studio owners (Kelly) and have enjoyed learning from her. If I were closer, I'd visit this studio more often. I'd love to learn from the other instructors as well as they also seem talented. There is also a huge parking lot - during the days I've been here (weekends) parking has been super easy.

I love Rise! I've been attending classes for almost two years now, and from the start everyone has been so welcoming, kind, and supportive. If you've been thinking of trying out pole, make the leap and book an intro class! You don't need to have any prior strength or flexibility. This is an inclusive environment with instructors and fellow students who will embrace you wherever you're at.

I started taking classes at Rise a little over a year ago and have been so happy to find a studio close by with an amazing community. The instructors are incredibly talented, super nice, and are really great about modifying the class to meet everyone's needs and ability level. The studio is incredibly welcoming and I'm always leaving smiling. Highly recommend Rise if you're just getting into pole or have been wanting a new studio.

Started looking into pole in the middle of the pandemic as a way to feel better in my mind and body. 3 years later and I’m still here. I love all the staff and instructors, they all have such different vibes and techniques to learn from. The studio itself is spacious with a variety lights and music options to match your vibe in a pinch. The store front always has cute things to look at, and the sauna in the back makes recovery after long training days easier. The space is very LGBTQI+ and SW friendly and isn’t afraid to try new things to develop the space for the community. Truly, this has become a home away from home.

Thank you to the owners, Kelly and Chelsea, for putting together such a safe and welcoming place for people of all walks of life to come and express ourselves!

I love this studio! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming and they have a plethora of class times and open gym times which is so helpful. The studio is always kept clean and it is LARGE with nice tall poles and I never feel like I am going to run into another dancer during a class. It is really just the best vibe here, super supportive and amazing :)

Haven’t been yet? We’ll stop what you’re doing and take a tour today! Even if you don’t book a class first, you need to see this place! I went to the one in Tribute rd in Sacramento and I was thoroughly impressed! I did an open pole session just to get acclimated in heels and with the pole. Just from that I was sore the next day, in the best way. What a workout! I can’t wait to take a choreo class next! Needless to say I didn’t leave without A. Trying it, and B. Signing up for more! Hope to see you there!

“One of the most liberating experiences of my life!”

As a mature woman, I was searching for a fitness routine that celebrated movement, music, and strength — something that would help me stay fit while allowing me to explore my femininity in a powerful, authentic way. I had spent years in traditional gyms, and honestly, I was tired of the same repetitive routine.

Then I discovered RISE Pole Fitness — and everything changed. This program not only sculpted my body and improved my stamina but also helped me reconnect with my feminine energy. Through each class, I found new confidence, grace, and self-expression.

Was it easy? You decide. But one thing is certain — it’s absolutely worth it.

I have immense respect for the instructors and the students. This type of workout doesn’t let you become just a pretty face, you've got the moves and the strength to BACK IT UP!!— it challenges your strength, your discipline, and your spirit. RISE Pole Fitness helped me redefine what it means to be strong, sensual, and unapologetically feminine.

Amazing studio, supportive teachers, and inclusive environment. Can't recommend it enough if you are interested in trying pole. Also worth checking out is their fun boutique shop with pole shoes and dance outfits.

I've been going to this studio for a year now. There are so many different classes and instructors to learn from, all unique and talented in their own ways. My favorite classes are Strip 101/102 with Kelly, Choreo level 1 with Renee, Intro to choreo with Chanelle, as well as Chelsea and Kate's choreo classes when I am lucky enough to make them work with my schedule. They also frequently host speciality classes from international instructors along with showcases and competitions! If you're looking to start your pole or dance journey, this is the place as they are accepting of everyone and anyone, no matter your level of dance etc. You will always feel comfortable and welcomed here. I can't imagine going anywhere else 🧡 My recommendation is buy the 3 classes for $45 and give it a try, you will certainly not regret it!

I’ve been doing pole for about three years and I’ve danced at many different studios. Rise is my absolute favorite. I appreciate the owner’s openness and I see a very distinct style of dance coming out of the rise studio that I don’t see anywhere else! I’ve grown a lot as a dancer taking classes here. I highly recommend and I know a lot of pole teachers who choose to take classes at Rise as well.

Everyone is super nice, especially the instructors. They play great music and are very inclusive of students at different skill levels and abilities. They also host events and have a cool shop with all your pole dancing. <3

Rise has become my favorite studio, with a great supportive community. I have seen so much progress from coming here regularly over the past few years. The teachers are very helpful and willing to demonstrate multiple times, as well as provide individual feedback. I’ve never left a class feeling like I didn’t learn something new.

I absolutely love training at Rise Pole Fitness! The studio is always spotless and so well-maintained — it’s such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, and the space itself is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need.

One of my favorite things about Rise is the generous open pole hours — four hours a day! That’s almost unheard of, and it makes it so easy to train consistently and work on your own goals. I’m really grateful to have found this studio since moving to Sacramento. It’s the perfect place to train, grow, and feel part of a positive community.

I had a horrible experience with this company. My instructor was very mean to me and unprofessional. Also, body odor from some of the other ladies was so bad it had to be unsanitary. Hygiene are things I feel a pole instructor should be educating their ladies on. In my opinion was not worth the money I paid for those sessions!

Please do not support this business! They do not deserve such beautiful souls that wish to learn pole skills. Beginner or not.

And let's not forget how the owners are not super friendly. Pretty sure some folks rather revert into acting like a 16 yr old, hate on people that may not look good enough in their eyes. All body types should be accepted. Classes should be original. And affordable?

It is not worth coming to this studio. Protect yourself, your peace & energy.

Overall negative vibes & people that run things. Not all are friendly!

Very catty like behavior, almost like high school. Either we grow up or don't & that's a choice.

People can pretend all they want.
Whatever happens in the dark will always come to the light.

$$$ for mid classes. Repetitive. And I am very certain they "copy & paste" from other studios that actually have talented folks, teachers & students alike.

Time to own up to your actions & make changes soon before things continue to fall apart from the inside.

First, Google Maps has the wrong directions, so better ones are below. Rise Pole Fitness is a very welcoming and inspiring studio. There are many types of classes and all of the teachers are really friendly. It is a very supportive atmosphere where you can explore a different type of fitness class to feel strong and sensual at the same time. Plus the boutique has all kinds of outfits and shoes! I highly recommend them!

It can be a bit hard to find it as Google Maps directs you to go into the wrong parking lot for a hotel. Instead, follow Tribute Road around the curve and turn left into the second driveway. The building is to the right and the closest parking is back behind it.

Rise Pole Fitness is truly a gem!! I first started going to the first original studio in Roseville back in 2023 and since then have been taking classes at both locations! I love the Rise community, everyone is truly so welcoming and supporting. Since taking pole classes, I have gained so much knowledge in my skills, built so much strength, and also newfound confidence. Rise has so many wonderful instructors who will support you throughout your pole journey. The studio also has a first time student class pack, offering new students 3 classes for 45$! It has been so wonderful to have found a safe space where women can form community and feel empowered! :)

The experience of taking classes at Rise Pole Fitness is unmatched. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and talented but also incredibly patient and supportive. I’ve been poling for over 4 years now, Rise has and always will be my pole home. Chelsea and Kelly have really put their heart and soul into their business which shows in every aspect.

The new location in Sacramento is gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing. Tall poles, floor length mirrors, wood floors, and incredible lighting! Check out the Recovery Room where there is room to stretch out and even a sauna!

Oh and don’t even get me started on the boutique up front! So many amazing outfit options, it’s dangerous on the wallet… 😅

Check out their many class offerings either here in Sac or at their Roseville location!

Absolutely fell in love with the studio, instructors, ambience, and empowering community. I am forever loyal. As long as I dance, my home is Rise Pole Fitness.

I started off taking classes with the Chelsea. So sweet and patient. If you’re unsure and timid, perfect starter. Or Joline, she has amazing Intro to pole classes for new to dancing newbies. Jane is great for conditioning. She is great at cleaning up your inverts and climbs. Lane is fantastic at liquifying your movements. And she is bad ass. Daria is hands down the one to go about flexibility and milking your movements. So gorgeous. Alexis is just fire. Just fire. You have to experience her classes for yourself. And Kelly is so good, so inspiring, so strong. Oh and Kate, Gabby, Josi, Sandra, Olga! All so good you can’t go wrong!

They have so many amazing talented instructors. And they have first time students 3 classes for $45. Highly recommended

I have taken a variety of over 10 pole classes here in the last year and love it! The teachers break down movements and support you where ever you are in your dancing journey. It's an inclusive studio of body types, genders, LGBTQ+ sexuality, and ability. I've learned so much and have improved my strength massively! As a former professional modern dancer, I have high expectations of classes. Rise was recommended to me by friends and the studio has met all my expectations. I haven't even bothered trying other studios. This studio has large mirrors and flattering warm lighting, lockers to store your things, and super cute shop with the stripper clothing, shoes and gear. The Pole technique classes are focused on building strength, learning tricks, and small combos.Choreo classes focus on floor work routines. Liquid motion is the best slow moving sexy dance that is actually a major core workout ever. Whatever class you're interested in, I know that the teachers at Rise pole fitness will do an amazing job. TRY A CLASS! You will feel stronger, sexier and empowered in your body.,

I have been here for 3 months now. Chelsea is amazing and her energy is Unmatched. I love how she makes me feel welcome for my first time there too. She really helped me built my confidence to another level. I highly recommend Chelsea for anyone's first time. I like Kitty and I like how shes always correcting us about our postures and movements at all time because I don't know if I'm even doing my warm-ups right or certain moves right. She's amazing too. I look forward to my next class with her. Daria and Alexis are so chill, but yet so cool. I like them too. They are always checking every single one of us as well. Even the rest of girls, I can't really complain about them either. 🩷🩷🩷 because they have such positive attitude and greeting us and asking our permission to hold us up on the pole or whatever the case is.

It's clean and airy and safe. Keep up the good work. I look forward with my future with you guys and I'm already improving.❤️

I can't recommend this place enough. Let me count all the ways that I love this studio:

- Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Kelly, the owner, is wonderful and talented. Her experience as a stripper brings a really powerful perspective and dimension to the art of pole. She even got me into superman which has eluded me for so long and troubleshooted a lot of my issues that I've been working on.

- Every detail of the studio is so considerate, thoughtful, and generous. You can tell that this space was designed to be as inclusive as possible. From kneepads and heels you can borrow to an entire boutique in the front of the studio where you can try on lingerie and shoes and even test it out on a tester pole, I've never seen any of this in my experience as a pole dancer.

- Very reasonably priced. Open pole here is even 4 hour long.

I fell in love with this place, and I wish I lived around here to keep going to Rise Fitness haha. If you're thinking about it, SIGN UP!!

Love the height here! The space is a dream. They are the masters of ambiance, with colored lights by night and gauzy curtains across the floor to ceiling windows by day. The studio is huge and they have the largest collection of pole clothes and pleasers that I've ever seen. There is also a receptionist, which I think is very nice. My classes were fun, challenging and professionally conducted. Rise Pole, you've given me a reason to return to Sacramento!
