I love this studio! You are always greeted with a warm smile. I am about to graduate from the 200 hour teacher training and it has been a wonderful journey. Christelle always has a positive attitude and is very welcoming to new students. They offer a variety of classes and you can choose which ones best suit your needs. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone.

Always been my favorite yoga studio, I did 200 hour teacher training. It is my safe place where you can do yoga without being judged or feeling competitive.
They recently changed the system to a “collective” where you pay the teacher per class and it makes it very casual with no contract. You just go and pay about $10 (depends on class).
I got to take Christelle (my guru)’s class and she is so amazing at guiding you to feel each pose and breathing. You have this very elevated sensational feeling of clarity and relaxation. Truly heals you!!!

Just started going to yoga again after too long of a break. SO i thought I would give Rise Yoga a try. Been twice so far and It is such great studio. Kat our instructor is an amazing informative and patient teacher, and i can ride my bike there its so close. I started with a 10:30am Vinyasa Flow class and I LOVE it! SO good to be back in practice. I found a coupon for 10 Classes for $35 through Groupon, and if you sign up for a year before that ends they discount the monthly from $99 per month to $79! - Im definitely "Namaste 'ing" here for sure! ;-)

Rise is the first yoga studio I went to. And it won't be the last BUT I regard it as one of the best. I enjoy coming to Rise because I know I'm getting quality yoga instruction. The teachers are guides that show you how to correctly move into asanas. I've learned a great deal about my own alignment and what I'm capable of through the encouragement of the instructors. I've been on retreats in the US and Costa Rica, and I'm regularly complemented on practice. Not because I can do crazy inversions, because my practice isn't there yet, but because I know how to do the basics correctly.
