I’ve been training with Julio for roughly 8 months, with some extended breaks in between due to life.
Recently, I had a good stretch of about 4 months with no interruptions and maintaining my routine of three 30-40 minute training sessions a week. I’ve always been an athlete so I had strength. With age and a busy schedule, though, it was getting harder and harder to be in shape, and that strength was hidden under layers of fat.
Julio understood exactly what my goals were and how to get me there. His input and guidance helped me figure out what diet worked best for me and little by little, the weight dropped and the muscle increased and was uncovered. Gaining muscle and losing body fat at the same time isn’t easy, but with the right help, it’s absolutely possible! The proof is in the pictures! In this time, I lost about 12 lbs! - I gained a leaner and toned physique thanks to Julio!
He is really good at gauging what I can do, when I have more in the tank, and when I don’t. He knows exactly when to push and when to back off. He’s encouraging and realistic, and not pushy or overly critical.
He also works with my schedule as much as he can, communicates promptly and effectively, is reasonably priced, and is fun to just talk to about anything, fitness or otherwise. He’s just good vibes and an awesome trainer!

I’ve been working with Julio for almost 1 year and am happy I made the decision to work with a trainer to improve my strength and overall physical health. He is encouraging and yet also pushes enough to get results from each exercise. I appreciate the variety and change in routine with each workout session. Using a trainer allows me to meet personal fitness goals, yet I do not need to come up with the routine. Julio has done that for me as well as evaluating specific areas for improvement.

I have had personal training with Julio for more than 3 years ( some gap during Covid) . I would say it is really challenging to start boring muscle training and keep doing it. I really appreciate Julio’s help through this process, and make it my routine. Which will deeply benefit my health in the long run.
In my opinion, everyone’s body is different, a good coach should appreciate these differences and should have very personalized training plan. Julio is this kind of coach.
I am a physician, I understand human body, I am very impressed how knowledgeable Julio is on anatomy. He always can find the best training method for my body and make it work appropriately.
Julio also can predict my body limitation very well so he can balance the progress and my body tolerance. So in this way, I do feel I am stronger every day, but not extremely exhausted, (which potentially will pull me back from further training). I feel it is a magic, honestly, I don’t know how does he do it. But he always can encourage me achieve some goals which I never imagined I can before.
Anyway, I really feel lucky that I have him as my personal trainer, and I believe as long as I don’t move, I will keep have trainings with him.

I have been working with Julio for 2 years. Its been a slow and steady process for me but enjoyed every bit of it. When the results were coming in I started to feel even more motivated. I became more consistent working out twice per week. Julio pushes me even when I think i cant do it. Sometimes I dont even believe that I can go heavier but Julio knows my limits and always puts safety first before increasing the weight. I would definitely recommend him. I am a 38 years old mom and my postures have looked so much better than before.

My goal with Julio is increasing strength so that I can stay active and not run the risk of getting osteoporosis as I age. I've trained with him for a year now and I am getting results! He keeps track of my progress with heavier weights and is always checking my form to keep me safe. I can't believe he's gotten me to pull down 95 lb but pretty soon, he says it will be 100 lb! I have never done a full pull-up without assistance but he assures me that I will also get there.
So ... if you want a trainer who will safely guide and help you achieve what you never thought was possible, Julio is your guy!
