A client-trainer relationship is extremely valuable. It's crucial to have guidance outside of training sessions in order for clients to reach their full potential. Although, I train people of all levels, I specialize in: Weight loss, conditioning, strength training, mobility, calisthenic and functional training. I am a firm believer that the most effective way to reach sustainable goals is staying disciplined and consistent.
As your coach, it's my job to keep you accountable and guide you in all ways necessary to reach your objectives. I will also educate you in nutrition which plays an important role in overall wellness and maintaining a healthy weight.

Probably one of the best trainers I ever been to in San Jose. I’ve gone to many who never understood my fitness goals and Rojin broke it down from the diet to the plan of action and then even took the time to follow up with me on my off days to make sure I was sticking to our 4 month plan. She knows what she’s doing and she helped me gain a total of 16 pounds when my initial goal was 8. Doubled my weight. Quadrupled the time I would be in the gym, and the investment came back tenfold. I would 1000% recommend Rojin to anyone who’s looking to start there fitness journey or even pursue it and take it even more serious. Beyond grateful for her, thank you so much always Rojin 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽

I’ve been training with Rojin for 3.5 years. She is a very knowledgeable trainer. She created personalized and dynamic training programs based on my goals and fitness levels. Although I’ve been doing gym workouts for more than ten years, I’ve learned a lot of new things from Rojin, especially about stability training and mobility exercises.

I began training with Rojin last month and from the start I could tell she truly cares about your wellbeing & is passionate about changing lives for the better. She is extremely knowledgable & skilled in her craft. She quickly pinpointed my weak areas that could result in health issues if not corrected (e.g. weak glutes and lower core that could cause back pain, and several other muscles I didn't even know were tight or underutilized).
Rojin developed highly specialized exercise routines & nutritional suggestions to focus on improving my weaknesses as well as strengthening overall fitness to lead me on the path to achieve my goals. I highly recommend buying sessions in bulk to ensure you stick to the program & let her motivate you to start changing your habits and making a difference in your life.

Rojin is an excellent trainer, being initially accepting of who you are but always keeping you accountable to who you could be in the realm of fitness. But she not only fulfills the role of trainer but starts to be a friend, a genuinely sociable and enjoyable individual to be around, training under her is one more reason to hit the gym!

I first contacted Rojin about 7 months before we started training together. I had lots of questions (which she always graciously answered) as I had never invested in personal training before. I needed to make sure I selected an ideal fit. What drew me into wanting to train with her is that she places a strong emphasis on what happens inside the kitchen in addition to the work done at the gym. After speaking with a few different trainers, I knew she was the one to help me accomplish my objectives.
Right off the bat she advised me to nearly double my daily caloric intake and increase my daily carb intake from 10g a day to over 120g a day. I was given instructions on some new and additional exercises that I needed to do. To say that I was “challenged” by Rojin is an understatement; I was shoved right out of my comfort zone. And I absolutely love every moment of it!
Within the first 60 days of training with her I shed 6 lbs, lost 1% body fat, added 20 lbs to and set my deadlift PR at 495 lbs. I posted my second best half marathon time ever. And I have experienced an uptick in the compliments I receive from others in regard to my muscle definition. I am stronger and faster than from the day we started.
Today I’m about 3 months into training with Rojin and I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. I will say this though, she is not some magic pill. While she can help you set the pins up, it’s ultimately up to you to knock them down. You cannot expect serious results if you aren’t going to take it serious. Rojin has been a lifesaver. I've been working with her over the last year at a different gym and followed her to her own private gym here - because she's worth it. She's honest and won't give you any bs on your expectations. She keeps it real and she's very relatable and super fun to work out with. These are extremely important core values for me, and she really knows what she's doing! She puts up with my whiney butt and always pushes me because she knows I can! I love her. :)

I have been training with Rojin on and off for over a year and love how I feel after the workout and for days after! I know I have worked out and have been pushed to my limit. Rojin encourages me to get the most out of my sessions and always keeps things interesting with new and different approaches to working out the same areas of my body. Rojin is patient and fun and makes the time fly quickly while making every minute count. When I took a break from training and came back to Rojin, weaker than when I last saw her, there wasn't any guilt just encouragement and a positive upbeat approach to get me back on track. I highly recommend Rojin for your personal trainer!

I joined Rojin around 9 months ago and I can say its one of the best decisions I made. She is an amazing trainer to have who motivates you as well as builds your confidence. She incorporates different variety of exercises which makes the session fun and also push through your own limit at the same time. After every session I go home with a feeling of accomplishment and rejuvenated. She also makes sure to have a good understanding with me regarding my needs and limitations. She is overall a very hard working , skillful, well read ,educated trainer as well as an amazing person herself . I feel lucky enough to know her and get to train with her. I can totally see changes in my body and strength . All thanks to Rojin .

I've been training with Rojin for about a year and have had a very positive experience with her so far. She clearly explains and demonstrates proper form for the workouts she has me do. Also, Rojin keeps me challenged by showing me new exercises often so I don't get bored doing the same things and am able to mix up my workouts when I'm on my own. She is all around a friendly and understanding person that takes training others and helping them to meet their goals seriously.
