I’ve trained with Danielle for years - from her garage to this beautiful studio! She truly has created an amazing space for getting active, whether it’s the glute academy, personal training or boxing. The studio is so thoughtful down to every detail - from hair ties & deodorant in the bathrooms, to the large mirrors and generous amounts of natural light. The sessions never disappoint and always leave me feeling empowered and like I got a great workout in! 10/10 would recommend

1st PULSE class at RochaFit with Giovanna was lit! Full body work out, good music, easy tempo, had fun, good sweat, and all the while in a ZERO JUDGEMENT space!! 😅Gentle pilates movement with the muscle burn you need for a full body feel, cant wait to go back for another round! All I needed to do was Show up! 👏🏽😌

I took Rocha Fit’s newest PULSE class with Giovanna & ohhhhh myyyy what an amazing full body burn! It was the *perfect* blend of yoga & mat Pilates and Gia’s energy is on point to keep you pushing through each move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👏🏼

I have been training with Danielle for about 5 months now to get in better shape and improve my health. Danielle is amazing and I love her approach to personal training and fitness. I told her the areas I wanted to focus on and she created a program just for me. Now after almost 5 months not only can I now do 45 second planks I can see and feel how my body is and has changed. My strength has drastically improved and I have fun doing it. I’m currently seeing Danielle 4x a week; twice for personal training and another two days for Strength Academy. I don’t think I have ever had muscles in my arms like this lol or have done so many Superman’s in my life 😊 . I’m looking forward to 2024 classes especially the boxing classes. The class is for all levels and is so much fun and a great stress reliever.

I took a zoom training class from Danielle during COVID and I was very impressed. She’s incredibly educational during your session which is so important. She’s also very passionate, so you know you’re being well taken care of at this gym. Also, it’s so amazing we have the option to have an all girls gym!

I trained with Danielle during quarantine and I was so excited to hear she opened her own gym!
She is so professional and you can tell fitness is her passion.
She is a supportive trainer yet pushes you to challenge yourself without being too hard.
Her group classes are amazing and a fun way to start your fitness journey!

I have not stepped foot in a gym environment in 20 years. I got to a point where I accepted that I was just going to being uncomfortable in my own skin the rest of my life. Then I started with Danielle at Rocha Fit and she is amazing. Patient, listens to what I wanted, created a plan that makes me not hate exercising! In fact I love working out with her! This is the kind of self-care I had been missing. I love that her classes are small and are women of all ages (I’m in my 40’s), and all body types. Positive vibes only.

I have been working with Danielle for almost a year now and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only is my physical health improving but my mental health, confidence and happiness are as well. Danielle will push you but never past what you're physically capable of. I started at pretty much bar zero, never being able to stick to a workout routine in the past, but Danielle's approach to fitness and health has totally changed my mindset. I can see the changes in my body and feel my strength growing. If I can do it, anyone can!
