I am a very active woman of 63 years and needed a strengthening program that doesn't take an hour a day! I tried Rocket Science Fitness and was shocked to feel results within 2 weeks with once weekly sessions. I scuba dive and can now easily carry my gear and get up the boat ladders without hesitation now and my total hip replacement is not yet a year new. Keith is an extremely knowledgeable and motivational trainer, he is continuing to make a difference for me! I'm sold!

As I get older, I'm finding it harder to make the time to get to the gym regularly, and I keep getting hurt. Rocket Science Fitness has been an awesome way to get my time back, get a great workout, and avoid injury! Beautiful facility and great trainers. I highly recommend!

Workout machines are state of the art. Each week can see actual improvement as force used is actually recorded and graphed. Keith - PT - is patient and very helpful. At 71 years old I have tried many ways to workout....30 minutes and done is the best idea yet. The extra benefit of resistance is the trick. Looking forward to a "better" and stronger me in 2022.

I had the pleasure of training with Alex during their grand opening and testing their equipment. Alex was extremely professional and personable that he imparted knowledge that I was able to apply to my workouts the following week, and I'd be lying to you if I didn't say I became stronger mentally and physically (after some recovery time due to my muscles getting WORKED) after this experience. It was absolutely insane that the short time I spent in 1 session worked me harder than my usual time frame at any ol' gym. This is definitely something worth investing into physically and mentally!

I've worked out a ton of different places in a ton of different ways over the years and I have to say my experience at Rocket Science Fitness stands above the rest. Not only do I feel like I worked my muscles harder and more effectively than I ever have with a traditional workout but I'm able to do it in less than 30 minutes every time. I was a little skeptical at the very beginning but after experiencing the workout and looking into the science behind it everything makes perfect sense. There is scientific data and research backing all the technology and more importantly I can FEEL the difference in my body. I'm so glad to be working out this way, thank you!

The workout was unlike anything I've been able to do in the gym, and it was all quantifiable. Being able to max out with each workout in under 20 to 30 minutes is absolutely incredible. The space is also very clean and inviting. I can't wait to see myself progress over the next few months.

I don’t love working out but know strength training is the key to aging well. The ARX machine is an amazing workout and the trainers there are really nice, personable, and relatable. The place is clean and classy.
