Rod has been absolutely incredible as a trainer and educator for me in this fitness space. I called Rod about helping my (80+) father get into shape. My dad loves him and is starting to see muscle definition after so many years of being inactive. It couldn’t be easier for my dad to get there. Rod’s truck pulls up right to his driveway! My husband and I were visiting and tried the workout with Rod - it was great! After seeing Rod's truck in my neighborhood, I took a chance and gave him a call! After trying many different types of exercise, I had stopped working out due to hip pain. With Rod's guidance, I am now able to work out again with no pain and am already feeling stronger. That along with many great tips on nutrition and health have all helped me so much. I absolutely adore Rod! He is THE best personal trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I met Rod 6 sessions ago and my goodness my results have been faster than typical workout programs and they have been amazing! Not only does he train you physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our sessions are fun because Rod is hilarious and the most optimistic person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am always super excited to get a workout in with Rod, it really is one of the highlights of my week.
I was initially very concerned about starting weight training again as I was recovering from a surgery (3 months post-op) and my health and well-being was honestly not very good. I had a bad shoulder that had been hurting for almost a year, but Rod has so much wisdom and a wealth of experience that he just knows exactly how to best help you through rehab, recovery, and move your body into the best health that it can be.
Never in my life did I think I could lift so much weight in such a short timeline. The progress that I have seen has been incredible and I have Rod to thank for that. In the beginning there were sessions when I thought I couldn’t finish a rep, but Rod has really trained me mentally to whole heartedly believe that I can literally achieve anything. No mountain is too hard or too big to climb. Simply put, I’m never tired and I can always do that extra rep because I can and there’s nothing stopping me.
I cannot recommend Rod enough. His workouts are backed by science and much kinder to the body than typical workout routines. Rod really is THE best in the business!

I've been working with Rod about 2 months now and am impressed by his technique and workout regimen. Rod is very personable and does everything he can to make exercising if not enjoyable - at least tolerable :-) His what I call "slow-burn" method is very effective in building strength
conditioning in the limited time we have together. Rod is also very professional, always arriving on time to my home with his clean mobile Gym and keeps pushing me to do my best and improve. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who needs an at-home trainer.

Rod's a great guy, and you can tell he has a great deal of experience to draw from.
He does lose a star for being late. But I guess you can't help it sometimes 😄.

Update its been approximately 4 months since I started with Rod twice a week. My I gained a tremendous amount of strength and muscle tone, I am looking cut up and shredded with very noticeable muscles. During this period I also went through a painful skin infection where my regular doctors couldn't help because their modern day pharmaceuticals weren't working. Rod gave me a precise diet and a few different supplements that were to be taken exactly as he asked for the full benefit. My condition had vastly improved in less than a week..Rod Steel the miracle man, many many thanks.

Working out with Rod has been over the past month has been a great experience. His workout technique is unlike any other I've tried and I've tried a lot. I've gained a tremendous amount of strength and I 've never felt better, not to mention looking better. I would say Rod is the best at what he does. He comes to you, motivates you, guides you through an advanced technique that is proven to give you the fastest results in the shortest amount of time. He is extremely knowledgeable, provides you with the best possible workout, and also makes it a fun and entertaining. You wont even realize your working out youll be laughing so hard at his remarkably cleaver comedic sketches. Rod's two passions in life are fitness and stand-up comedy, he is much better at fitness. Honestly the best decision I could have made ! Rod is funny and knowledgeable of fitness. His super slow workout has changed the way I see fitness for the better. I started working out with Rod 10+ years ago. At that time I had a very stressful job, got home late, and for the most part just sat on the couch, trying to relax and get ready for the next day. Yeah, I could’ve gone to the gym and workout, the gym was just 5 minutes from my house, but … that never happened. There nothing like a former ranger knocking on your door (any time of day or night) and dragging you off that sofa. Been working out with Rod about three months now. As a long-time runner, I never gave much thought to weight training. After a run, I always wondered why I was so sore right after. I know running is hard on the joints, but I didn't think there was much I could do about it. Now I know I had it backwards. The muscle has to be strong around the joints. Now I hurt FAR less after I run! Rod has good systematic approach to working out, super slow, and it never leaves me overly sore afterward. All the pain now happens inside the truck!

If you're willing to let go of your preconceived notions of how to work out and how to best get results, and you're willing to do what you're told, then Rod is the best thing that could ever happen to you. I've only been working out with him for six weeks and I think I've made more progress than I've made any other time I've tried to work out before. I did cross-fit 5-6 days a week for years and now I'm getting better results in less workouts because Rod knows what he's doing.
