About the Club

Ronin Fitness offers personal training services by Nick. Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer in the East Sacramento area. Personal training sessions are typically one hour and can be one on one, or two on one if you prefer to train with a partner. Every session is customized to meet each individual's fitness strengths and needs. Ronin Fitness specializes in strength training, weight loss and weight management, senior training, HIIT, wedding prep, event prep, rehabilitation exercise, and customized workout and nutrition plans. No matter what your fitness goals are, Ronin Fitness offers a variety of training programs that will help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to take control of your fitness journey.

Nick has been a great personal trainer the past few months! I feel more confident and motivated in my workout journey, and have learned a lot. He is very flexible in terms of timing, as my job timings change every week. He focuses on what the client wants and needs and gets us there step by step. One reason I could rarely stick with the gym was because I got bored very quickly, but Nick changed workouts every once in a while, so it was always interesting. Once the nausea of leg day after a year of no exercise faded away, I found myself wanting to lift more and get stronger.

I have trained with Nick for 7 months. I started out sedentary and fat. Being a senior it was difficult but after training with Nick I have much more energy and the weight is slowly coming off. Nick has a flexible approach to each session and combined with a good sense of humor, I have seen really good results. I would recommend him to any age person looking for a good trainer.

Nick was my personal trainer for six months. I went to him after having knee surgery to rehab my knee. He took the time to do research about knee exercises that would give me "the most bang for my buck" as he likes to say. In addition to helping me with that specific issue, Nick taught me about a whole body mindset that really helped. He kept me accountable to myself and would always encourage me to give just "one more" of a rep. On days I just wasn't feeling it, Nick would do exercises with me and be a cheerleader to keep me going.
One of the things I appreciate most about Nick is his willingness to repeat instructions numerous times or show me himself exactly how any exercise should look and where I should feel it in my body.

I’m thankful to have Nick as a personal trainer.
