Welcome to Rooted, your wellness hub in Inglewood. We empower all fitness levels with customized programs: functional training, circuit workouts, resistance training, weightlifting, cycling, yoga, and more. Our space is also available for local wellness professionals.
No more gym confusion! Rooted offers 2-3 weekly workouts led by our master trainer, providing semi-private training (5-8 people) at standard gym prices.
What sets us apart? Family-focused fitness, a vibrant community, curated programs, a one-stop-shop for wellness needs, and a unique vibe. From fitness to community learning (gardening, mental health, nutrition), we promote holistic wellness.

I’ve been attending Rooted AM workouts for the past year. The consistency has not only made me stronger but it has finally provided a much needed balance of cardio, band work and weights. It has helped my yoga practice, my stability and my endurance. I truly enjoy the workouts and adore the community. The tribe of women who attend my sessions are all heart! They welcome you into the fold and we all rise together. Coach ialso knows how to keep the group moving and grooving (his playlists are legendary). The hour flies by and I happily do hard things! If you are looking for a lifestyle change I highly recommend leaning I to a 2-3 time a week commitment and then see how your body and mind body connection change. I have NEVER committed to an am workout and now I am the first person at the door! I love Rooted!!!!
