Great gym but a lot of the older generations tend to not clean after themselves leaving the machines all sweaty or they'll hog multiple things but be off to the side having conversations not even using any of them

Went in to see about membership. Andrea is the one at the counter that showed me around and answered my questions and I've been to other larger gyms that didn't bother on first entry to do so. It's clean, alot of equipment even some I'm not familiar with and alot were open. Classes are also available. 2025 this could be my new gym folks!

I joined this gym a couple of weeks ago when I was treated poorly by the staff of my former gym. I was looking for a gym that had Zumba classes that would fit into my busy schedule and came across Rosamond Health and Fitness! I reached out via Instagram and inquired about the classes and the owner got back to me pretty quickly and offered me a free guest pass to check out the Zumba and HiiT classes.

I went on a Wednesday evening and took Alicia's Zumba Toning class and immediately signed up for the gym at the end of the class. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. All the Zumba instructors are fun and unique and provide a quality workout. If I were to ask for anything, it would be for full 1 hour classes, versus 45 minutes. I highly recommend checking out this gym! It feels good to support a small business that cares about people rather than a corporate gym that doesn't care!

Love the small town small gym feel. Has most things you'd need. 1 thing that I found bothersome is that a lot people don't clean their machines after they're done working out. Especially a lot of the guys. Rather disgusting habit in my opinion. Other than that it's a great place.

For being the only true gym within 20 miles, they don't skimp. The staff are courteous and attentive. There is plenty of equipment for the size of the gym. If they get a bigger space, would love to see even more selection but this gym is legit. Years later and Chris still runs an amazing small town gym!

I visited the fitness center hoping to gain back strength and mobility after enduring a lot of downtime from injuries. I Instantly felt comforted and reassured by the friendly staff and clean facility. I was supported and guided to a point where I safely regained some mobility and strength. This facility is awesome and the people are great. There is a positive healthy vibe at this business and a place for every person no matter where they’re at in health or fitness.

I joined the gym in 2018, I was new to Rosamond, so I joined the gym to exercise & meet people. I told Chris the owner that he saved my life, a couple of years ago I went to the gym & Chris said Debbie you should try yoga with hesitation I went to the yoga class the next day I fell in love with yoga & when I walked into class I noticed 2 ladies that caught my eye, I felt so comfortable in the class. I connected with Rachel the instructor. At 69 I would have never thought I would attend 4 yoga classes a week. I had major surgery in May I flew right though the surgery I am convinced yoga was the reason for my fast recovery. I am not only in best condition in my life but I have met some of the best people. Everyone should become a family member of the Rosamond Health & Fitness. It's exactly a family gym

I'm new to the Rosamond area and my last gym was back in Lancaster. Although they had classes that I enjoyed they had limited hours which didnt meet my needs. I was grateful to find Rosamond Health & Fitness which had everything I look for in a gym and more! The Staff & Members have been friendly and I am so glad I now have a local place to workout that is dependable and offers various fitness options.

If you are a minority be careful at this gym. I have seen them talk disrespectful to minorities when given the chance and treat white customers completely different. If you avoid talking to the staff you should be fine but I would recommend going somewhere else.

Lovely small gym. My escape that feels like 2nd home with new friend's I've made. Just needs bit more room for equipment maybe in the future. Owner is awesome and is trying to invest in equipment and is doing a great job keeping it clean and running well. Staff is also very friendly!

I just started going to this gym after the quarantine. It’s big enough to keep your distance from others while working out and very clean. They have all the equipment you need and more so if you’re a body builder or enjoy calisthenics they have what you want! The employees are very friendly and treat everyone very kind. Love this gym! They have a variety of aerobic classes. They have just enough equipment to help you achieve your goals. The staff is super friendly and they offer trainers at an additional price. Their membership cost is decent, especially if you are military or work for the district. They are open very long hours which makes it easy to sneak a workout in any time. It's always clean and they have lockers for your convenience. Plenty of parking too!
