Roseville Strength and Conditioning is owned and operated by Casey Wilson. Born and raised in Northern California, Casey has been a resident of Roseville since 2003.
Casey has been a professional fitness trainer since 2001. He uses those 19 years of experience to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. Along with his years of experience, Casey has completed multiple training certifications. He has been certified by the NASM as a fitness trainer and sports performance specialist, as well as a Sports Performance Coach by USA Weight Training. Casey likes to draw on his experiences and knowledge of scientific training, sports training, martial arts training and military style training to design dynamic workouts for his clients.

I've been going to Casey's for years and he's been great. In my early days, he would push me harder than I thought was possible. I learned I can take much more than I thought. I even had made it through a Spartan bootcamp, which as someone who's been overweight all my life, thought I'd never do.
There was a period of a few years where I stopped working out due to some serious health issues that prevented me from doing so. But now that my condition has stabilized, he is working with me to still push but within my very limited physical abilities.
As someone who has worked with him in my best physical health and some of my worst, Casey has always encouraged and pushed me to do my best. I'm very grateful for everything he's helped me to achieve.

I’ve been training with Casey consistently for the past two years. I’ve lost over 60 pounds and have kept it off. Casey pushes me in ways I would never do on my own. Just when I feel like I’ve mastered an exercise, he has me level up to challenge my body even more. I’m in the best shape of my adult life with two Spartan races under my belt and planning for a third. The privacy of his gym is also an added bonus! He’s the best trainer I’ve worked with.

Ive been seeing Casey for one-on-one personal training sessions almost a year. He is a fantastic trainer with years of experience. He made a custom workout to fit my goals and knows how to push me to get the most out of a workout. He’s also very friendly which makes the workouts fun and go by quick. I like that he has a small personal gym, so you can focus on your workouts and not worry about other people. I’ve had a few personal trainers before but Casey is by far the best.

I've been going to see Casey for almost three years for individual training and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's knowledgeable, focused and takes pride in helping his clients improve everything from their overall physical health to helping them train for competition and Spartan races. He's encouraging and fun to be around.
Since starting with him, my overall strength has increased tremendously. I feel better physically and mentally. And I feel really good knowing that I'm doing something and forming healthy habits that will not only be beneficial for me in the present, but also beneficial 20 years down the line.

I started with Casey in February 2024. I had googled personal trainers in Roseville and his business came up. I decided to pull the trigger and start using his services to attain my weight loss goal. I was nervous at first as I have had spinal surgery in the past and was experiencing pain from being over weight. This was the best decision I have ever made. He is very thorough in how he explains how the body works and caters his plan to your specific needs.
He has never sugar coated anything and is very upfront.
One of the many things I enjoy is how he will introduce new exercises and I will struggle with them at first. In the next visit or so we will move on to another. In a few weeks time we will circle back to that first exercise and you can feel the improvements you have made. It's an amazing feeling! If you are looking for someone to get you on the right track look no further! I am currently down 50Lbs with 50 more to go!

I started training with Casey a few months after all the gyms closed in March 2020. Prior to that, I was taking classes at my gym including GST, Cycle, Kickboxing and Yoga but that didn't seem to be coming back any time soon and a personal trainer felt like a good solution. Over the past several months, Casey has consistently pushed me to develop my strength in workouts that are always interesting and varied. As a trainer should, he challenges me and yet, I don't hate him. Working with Casey as my personal trainer is a valuable service for me that is totally worth it.
