Under new management! Under new management! Just finished my 6th class with Row House. I found them through Class Pass but this is a gym that never treated me like a Class Passer.
From check in, to class, to after class, this gym has a team of people that look after you and members who bring the energy that make it worth going to class for when you could otherwise just work out at home.
If you're looking for a place to belong and to be a regular, this is the gym. They have treated me that way since Day One, even though I didn't technically belong as a member.
You can bet I am a member now. Rowing is easy to learn (come early for your first class!!) and allows you to both compete with yourself and be challenged by the other class members.
In just a week, I have watched my stats improve and I am looking forward to seeing what I am capable of as a member.

Great atmosphere, great cardio, excellent staff! Knowledgeable coaches covering the basics for every level of fitness. No other total body workout available outside of the water.... so much fun!
Rowing is the best low/no impact exercise I have found - all effort based. I have lost 10 lbs, decreased my joint pain & waistline; with increased energy, flexibility, and improved posture.
Come join our 530 AM class! Both my wife and I enjoy starting our day with this 45 minute workout.

I'm really enjoying this new gym. Having rowed 4 years at CSULB, and some more after school, I really wanted to get back into rowing. This gym offers some great classes. So if you are a former rower, or want to try something new and great come join. High energy music and great coaches to help push and encourage you .

As a former athlete, I was highly impressed with the intensity of these classes. Nothing better than just showing up and getting a full body workout. Make sure to drop in Noelle's classes, she is my favorite instructor!
