Pre and post-surgery, working with Randy as my trainer has been amazing!
I can't thank Randy enough for helping me build muscle and gain more flexibility in preparation for my hip replacement surgery. Because of Randy's expertise and guidance, I was up and moving in no time! And now, post-surgery, Randy's helping me strengthen muscles and regain the mobility I had before the hip pain slowed me down.

Randy is definitely not a one body fits all trainer. He is a great balance of pushing you but at the same time knowing your limitations. Both my husband and I have been seeing him for 3 months now and have seen big differences in our range of motion, strength and weight. We have also been doing his meal plans which have all been very tasty and easy to cook. We have been surprised at the amount we’ve been able to eat, not feel hungry and still lose weight. If you get the opportunity of choosing Royal Blue Fitness, you will not be disappointed!

Randy and the whole crew at Royal Blue Fitness are amazing. I’ve got a back injury and these guys have tailor-made a workout program for me, while teaching me how to work out correctly with my injury. I’ve tired a number of other places and trainers but nothing compares to Royal Blue. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

I started with Chris Williams at the end of January 2023. I was not quite sure that such a young person could work with me. Yet, Chris has proved to be an excellent trainer for my condition. Chris is always on time and he comes prepared to help me improve. Chris’s advices are always on top of my issues. We always start my sessions going over my weekly routine which are essential to my well being. My weekly routine are the exercises that I do daily at home.
And lastly, Chris has always responds whenever I text him with a question between sessions.

I have been going to Royal Blue Fitness for 3 months now. I'm on a very important weight loss journey and its actually working for me this time. Randy the owner has worked around my busy work schedule so I can train when its convenient for me. He paired me with Sky Lopez as my fitness trainer. Sky is amazing in his knowledge of what I need to do fitness wise. I feel very comfortable working with him and his personality fits with mine perfectly.

Randy is amazing! He has made working out fun and rewarding. I have had 3 knee surgeries and have always felt like it is a huge weakness and limits certain things I can do working out. Randy has made it a priority to help strengthen my knees and helps to tailor work outs for me! I’ve loved working with Randy over the past several months to help me increase endurance, muscle tone, and strength in advance of my wedding this fall! His workouts are challenging, but motivating, and within weeks I was seeing great results. He’s also assisted me with my nutrition goals, giving me clear guidelines re: the macros I need to hit to reach my desired results. Prior to working with Randy, I went to Orangetheory and maintained a low calorie, low fat diet - I saw results but nothing near as noticeable as when I started with Randy. He is the real deal!!

Randy helped me when I was having a hard time trying to get myself to work out. I came to him when I really was having issues with my tendinitis and my hip issues, and we've strengthen both of a lot, almost to the point where they rarely hurt after doing actives involving my hips and arms. He has taught me a lot, and I can't wait to go the gym on my own and use the information he has taught me. Randy has made me a meal plan for a month, a workout plan for a month, and they're all very informative. He was able to answer any questions that would come to my mind, which was great because I knew close to nothing when I came to him for help. Not only has Randy been a great personal trainer, but he's also become a really great friend of mine now!

4/1/2021 - I’m on my 12th week with Randy and I have lost 35 lbs with Randy (20 lbs on my own) — and it’s the BEST thing I have ever done! I initially was only a nutritional client, but after losing 4.8 lbs the first week, I wanted to ramp it up and joined as a training client.
For most of my life, I was obese and I had resigned from ever dieting again. One mention of the word “diet” and it made me want to eat. Working out didn’t last long either — I wouldn’t see results and then I would throw in the towel. Or I would lose weight, only to gain it back. After the first week, however, I felt like I was given something versus having something taken away. I was empowered. I felt like someone was actually listening to me and my body type. Randy understands it isn’t a “one size fits all”, but a more customized and individualized solution. He gave me parameters on how many calories and macronutrients to eat, based on my body composition... and do I dare say it has been easy??! I’m not hungry and actually eat less than I am allowed, and I don’t feel deprived. Furthermore, in our supersized country, I feel I am finally learning moderation.
Training wise, I’m able to do things I’ve never fathomed before. I have had trainers in the past, but I would grow bored and feel like I’m doing the same dreadful exercise with little results. Randy knows your strengths and weaknesses. He knows how to keep it exciting. He doesn’t believe you should have to live in misery, but at same time he will find a way for you to reach your goal, enjoyably. That doesn’t mean there isn’t hard work — it’s all hard work. But somehow.... I’m nearly halfway towards my goal in a relatively short amount of time and am excited for what is yet to come!. And I could not have done it without Randy. THANK YOU Randy! :)
UPDATE 10/3/2021 :
I now am at 110 lb weight loss, 13% body fat loss, 12 points visceral point loss — all thanks to Randy! (Average loss was about 90 lbs in 9 months.) I have gone from size 3XL to a tailored & fitted size Medium. More importantly, my triglycerides went from 258 to 78, I am completely off of all my blood pressure medication (was on Norvasc 5mg, Lisinopril 40 mg), and my doctor deleted diabetes off of my chart as I am no longer diabetic.
In the gym, I am now doing full push ups, jumping, and deadlifting 200 lbs. I now can do full squats as my quads are no longer too tight (from my thighs being so big) that I was not able to put my “a** to the grass”.
I have more energy, I sleep better — now without a CPAP machine and no sleep paralysis from lack of oxygen, I can climb stairs and don’t get winded & sweaty while working, and I can park and walk when I go shopping. Working with Randy has been one of the BEST decisions of my life. He has taken the guess work and misinformation out, the yo-yo’ing, the giving up, and provided me with the straightest, shortest (and therefore, easiest) path to my goals. All in less than a year. Yes, it takes commitment and costs some money, but you are worth it. I wouldn’t be able to enjoy that Tesla anyway if I were DEAD. Thank you, Randy, for saving my life! :)))

Randy has a great program that helps make changes in your life so easy!…I turned 65 and realized there were major issues with how my body was functioning; weight gain that I couldn’t drop as easily as I use to, lethargy and lab values that were creeping up…Randy has great (easy!) meal plans and tailors them to your needs…Highly recommend his program…PS. lost 20lbs in 3.5 months and more importantly my lab values plummeted

I feel very lucky that I have found Randy as my trainer. I'm in my mid-50s and physical activity has never been my cup of tea. Unfortunately, over the past few years, I started losing some muscle mass as well as my energy level, which was really scary. Also, due to stress and sedentary life style, I have developed some structural spine problems. I didn't believe I can go back in time and grow stronger and feel better with what I had, but Randy said with a smile, sure you can do that. Guess what, I feel my leg muscles now are stronger than they have ever been, well, at least over the past 15 years or so. And that's after only two months of us working together.
From the very beginning, Randy inspired me and provided personalized programs which have given me results that I could not get on my own or with other trainers. Randy carefully tailors his program and weekly assignments to me specifically, addressing my unique problems. His program also integrate accountability. He wants to know which assignments you did at home and how you did them. He is also asking about your diet and makes recommendations if needed. He’s very involved.
Randy is nice and caring and yet, he is very result-oriented. You can tell he is dedicated to do all he can to help you achieve your goals. I think he has a talent to see exactly what you need and deliver to you in a very flexible and creative manner, yet making the exercises challenging enough, so you can gradually move forward every time. The other thing is I am never bored during my training sessions with him. I never know which exercises Randy prepared for me at any given session. He can also easily modify exercises depending on what my body needs today.
I trust Randy completely as my trainer. He is very careful about introducing new exercises to make sure they are within my current capabilities. He’s resourceful, educated and knowledgeable, nonetheless he is continuously learning. He has applicable knowledge of not only fitness but many neighboring disciplines as well, such as nutrition and trigger point massage. He has in-depth knowledge of how human body works. This gives him an advantage over many other trainers, in my opinion.
The most important indicator for me is that I feel so much better, stronger and happier than I did back in April when I started with Randy. Seeing the results Randy has helped me achieve do far, I am very hopeful to develop body/muscles strength and stamina beyond what I have ever had, to be able to live full, healthy, active life for many years ahead. I have been working with Randy for about 10 months and have had an amazing experience. Beyond his knowledge as a physical trainer and nutritionist he has an innate ability to modify his program to the clients skills such that they remain motivated. He’s also been able to help me push past plateaus with nutritional modifications which has kept me going as I work towards my goals.
As a point of reference I am 50+ and am in the best shape of my life. I move better, am stronger, live healthier and look much better. I’ve lost 25 lbs and found muscles I wasn’t aware existed.
If you’re ready to put some work into it, Randy is the best trainer there is.

I was reluctant at first to go to personal training because I’ve been doing online training programs from online coaches. I was trained by two different online coaches in the past but none of which knew what to do when my body was acting up. Due to that, my kidney was impaired at 18 due to the lack of carbs and fiber. I let my body reset for a year and then started training with Randy.
I’ve heard about Randy from the gym he worked in at the time. Not to mention all of his success stories I hear all around. Randy is indeed highly educated and skilled in his profession. I told him my health conditions, concern, and my goal. I’m tired of going countless hours in the gym and getting the results but not maintaining it. In addition, I grew quads really quickly but not my glutes. I believed it was just part of my genetics. However we reviewed the exercises I’ve done in the past and he pointed out the workouts coaches had given me were all quads focused and there was only one hamstring exercise in the whole program. Randy has been working on my program ever since and I definitely feel soreness the day of or the day after.
I’ve been training with Randy since September 2019 and since then, I’ve been getting more confident in my body. Goal is to get to 130lbs and maintain it for a year before competing again.
