I am writing to express our deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing difficulties we’ve faced in trying to enroll our daughter—who is on the autism spectrum—into the Ability and Beyond program.
For nearly two months now, my wife has been in regular communication with Ms. Taylor regarding enrollment. Initially, Ms. Taylor assured us that spots would become available, and we’ve patiently followed up since then. Unfortunately, her responses have repeatedly included proposed times that fall during school hours (typically between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.), which are simply not feasible for school-aged children.
We were told that if more individuals expressed interest, a separate class could be started. My wife went the extra mile to gather a group of at least 10 interested families. Despite this, we have continued to receive vague and uncommitted responses. The most recent update again asked us to "hold off" until further notice—a message that echoes what we were told at the very beginning.
We are more than ready and eager to register our daughter. However, this lack of clear communication and repeated delays feel highly unprofessional and disheartening, especially considering the needs of children like ours who benefit greatly from structured and timely support.
We respectfully request a firm update on when a suitable slot will be available. We sincerely hope this matter can be resolved promptly and that our daughter—and others in similar situations—can access the support they deserve without further delay.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

My daughter has only attended 2 classes, and all she can talk about is Ms. Hailey and gymnastics! She kept saying how much she loves Ms. Hailey after class. I'm so grateful for Ms. Hailey's patience with the young kids. Already, I see my daughter learning to listen and becoming more independent.

We recently had my son's 3rd birthday party at Royal and it was a HUGE hit! Here's a breakdown of what made it so great:
Here are some of the pros:
Built-in entertainment: The kids had a blast running, jumping, and exploring all the equipment. The structured activities led by the gym's staff were perfect for keeping the little ones engaged. No need to worry about extra entertainment or hiring someone!
Stress-free setup and cleanup: The staff handled everything from setting up the party area to cleaning up afterwards. This was a lifesaver and allowed us to actually enjoy the party with our guests. Also, huge kudos to the facility for providing table covers and balloons to match the theme!
Safe and contained environment: The gym was a safe and enclosed space, which was perfect for toddlers who like to wander.
Overall, we highly recommend hosting your next party at Royal. It's a fun and stress-free way to celebrate a birthday. Special shout out to the owners for being so helpful with the overall planning process, and also Zoe and Taylor (Front Office) for overall coordination the day of the event. The 3 coaches were also AMAZING and so patient (thank you Colby, Kaylee W, and Emma G).

I am at a loss for words to describe the unprofessionalism and carelessness exhibited by this establishment when a parent is in need. The environment is chaotic, excessively crowded, and lacks sufficient space for movement. Upon entry, one is greeted by an unpleasant odor, a result of the cramped space overloaded with children and parents. It seems a breeding ground for disease due to the close proximity of individuals and the pervasive smell of sweat.
The operation appears more concerned with business interests than with the well-being of children in their chosen sport. Despite their grandiose self-image, they resemble more of a circus than a reputable institution. The availability of candy bars, chips, and other junk food for children who have just completed a workout is a glaringly poor decision and a misleading representation of their priorities.
Parents should carefully consider enrolling their children here, as there are many cleaner and more professional facilities where their investment will be more worthwhile. If you are seeking a quality program for your child, I would strongly advise against Royal Gymnastics and suggest finding a more reputable and beneficial alternative.

This is a wonderful place to be a kid. They have amazing coaches and classes for all ages and levels. It’s a family owned business with a STRONG sense of community. I cannot imagine anywhere else I would take my children. Thanks Royal family!

Our highly energetic 3 year old boy loves his gym class, but we couldn’t tolerate repetitive incidents anymore due to safety for our kid and unfair practice.
We saw our kid being bullied (pushed, shoved, bashed into the wall, and hit) by another kid. The coaches tried to discipline the bully, but in the end, just allowed leniency (dismissed/ignored it) due to his mental condition. We then saw our kid get disciplined (with a timeout) for following the bully by running around and not following the obstacle course.
We didn’t want our kid (being so young) getting the wrong or confusing message. We stopped and pulled our kid out of the class because we had enough of the unacceptable behavior tolerated by the coaches and the gym.

Thu. 09/08/2022: We have registered our child elsewhere. Moving forward, how do you prevent further issues so every child is safe?

Our granddaughter's birthday party was a huge fun success! Royal Gymnastic staff were attentive, kind and knew how to keep the kids interested. We booked a 2 hour party for approximately 10 kids that was probably one of the best ideas. The staff had a very well planned program to assist the kids in gymnastics type of activities and games. They set up a nice party area snd even serve the food and cake!! Only one caveat, the kids find it hard to leave

Came for toddler time on a Friday and it was great. Huge area for open range play, far larger than anything I've seen back home in the south bay. Highly recommend at least for the open toddler play.

Took my child to a birthday party here and it was a great time. The staff is so great with the kids and they had obstacles and games all planned out. The ratio of coaches to kids was about one to five (which I was told is how it is for the classes here) and they were there to lend a hand for the kids who needed it! There were also simple detours on the courses for those who wanted to avoid the more challenging aspects. Kids had over an hour to exercise and play which was very nice. It was a great idea and we're looking forward to visiting again in the future or signing up for one of their many classes.
