Been taking classes here for over a month and they consistently kick my ass in all the best ways: class size capped at 8 people; friendly and supportive trainers and members; and awesome circuit weight training programs.

The owner, Fill, is a former pro body builder and programs each class to efficiently and effectively build muscle and strength. He’s an excellent trainer, motivator and down to earth guy.

I love Natasha’s classes, too, because she is constantly cheering everyone on and explains the movements thoroughly and efficiently. She’s a professional and highly skilled core killer!

It’s impressive how much they pack into a bite sized gym and we always have enough space. Definitely my favorite fitness class in town and excited to see how they develop in the future!

I have been looking for a gym that I love and will help me build muscle and RSTR is definitely it. The class size is small enough that the instructors can give individual attention to each client, make sure they have the proper form, and are pushing themselves with the right weight. I have seen such an improvement in my muscle tone and strength over the past year. I ditched Classpass in favor of an unlimited membership at RSTR because it is my absolute favorite workout! Could not recommend enough!

I have been going to RSTR for over a year now and my only regret is that I did not find this gym sooner!

Fil, Amy, and Natasha are all amazing coaches.
They are all so encouraging and care about making sure you get the most out of your workout.

I love that the classes are circuit which makes the hour fly. I also love that the classes are small group which allows for a lot of personalized attention from the coaches.

Joined RSTR 7 months ago and couldn’t be happier! Fil, Amy & Natasha are all excellent instructors. With the smaller classes, I know they are keeping an eye on my form and making sure I’m doing everything correctly, which has allowed me to get stronger without any strains or injuries. And with the number of classes offered each day, it provides the flexibility that I need to get there 2-3 times a week.

Favorite place to work out in SB! I’m someone who’s always been intimidated by the gym but has always wanted to try weightlifting. Once my friend introduced me to RSTR, I became obsessed. It feels almost like a private training session, because the classes only hold 8 people. And Fil does a great job walking you through each of the movements, ensuring you have proper form. I’ve noticed myself get so much stronger and more toned since I started working out at RSTR! The booty sculpt classes are my favorite for growing your glutes.

I’ve attended a few group workouts and my experience and observation were that gym is incredibly well maintained with clean and new equipment. The group class was challenging but allowed me to also gain the peer motivation to keep pushing at my own level.

I joined RSTR fitness for their 6 week challenge that started in the new year. I know from their personal dedication it would be a great program to be a part of. I live in Canada so I did the online cardio kickboxing. I absolutely LOVED it! I loved it so much I signed up to continue after the 6 weeks.
Many of my classes were with Fil. He is a great instructor and knows his stuff. He is always doing the workouts with us and was always encouraging me while doing them. He always found a way to “switch up” each workout while keeping some key components to them. After every work out I was sore ( the good sore) I felt muscles in my body I didn’t even know I had. My balance improved, my weight improved, I lost inches ( everywhere) and I felt stronger and stronger every day.
I also got the privilege to be trained by Kelsee. She is so inspiring and encouraging through out our class. She knows how to push me just a little bit more then I would push myself. She inspires me to choose a healthy path and push myself day to day. She knows what she’s doing and puts together a workout that is fun and challenging. She is always there to talk to about my food, answer any questions that I have. She even tells me to have a cheat meal once in a while. Her knowledge on how the food and workouts parallel makes me confident I made the right join choosing RSTR.
Kelsee not only has trained me physically but mentally as well. RSTRing my mind and encouraging me in my faith.

I lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks and so many inches I had to make a new belt hole so I could keep my pants on! I feel incredible and I am excited to see where I will be in another few months.

Thank you Fil and Kelsee for creating RSTR. You are making a difference in peoples lives. After a long ( weight gaining) few years… I feel GOOD again! Happy!

I have loved working out at RSTR Fitness. My husband and I did a 6 week program to get in shape for a beach vacation. We went from a few days a week of hiking to every day workouts. We loved the weighted workouts and the cardio kickboxing classes. The space is clean and spacious, the music always on point, and I loved the way we mentally & physically felt with the help of accountability we received with Kelsee & Fil not to mention the healthy progress and fit results.

Love the RSTR family and what they offer. It’s a variety of personal strength training where you get a one on one (or you can do it with a friend too!) and cardio kickboxing. I’ve had the chance do both. I love the personal training sessions. It’s a great way to build your form and confidence by having them dedicate that time to observe you and correct you where needed. You’re always being encouraged to push yourself to increase your weights as you gain strength and you walk out of there feeling really sore but also really strong.

The cardio kickboxing is also just as amazing where you get 45 minutes of high intensity kicking and punching, it’s a wonderful stress reliever. The class is taught by Fil, who is a black belt 🥋 and he can help guide you in your form to prevent injuries. The music is always loud and fun! The classes are small and intimate so you don’t feel like you’re being overlooked as is the case with a large crowd of people in a class.

You get to know the people that join the RSTR family and it makes the experience that much more fun. Kelsee and Fil are constantly reaching out to their clients and making those personal connections, it really makes you feel more like a family than a gym where you’re just another paying client. You feel at ease and it’s always a great experience!
