About the Club

Hello, my name is Ruben Gonzalez. I've been coaching people for the past 7 years. My areas of expertise are nutrition, strength and conditioning, weight loss, and muscle building. Apart from in-person training, I also offer online coaching for those who are more experienced at the gym. My goal is to give you the results you want and surpass your expectations.

You should invest with him. He will guide you the direction of the results you looking for. Not only he is a coach, he is also a friend where you can trust him in improving yourself in general. Without his knowledge, I would still be lost in my health, fitness, and nutrition. 11/10 highly recommend!

My background in training was really rudimentary before working out with Ruben I knew what workout’s to do but I didn’t really I understand what I was doing and why. What I was looking for with Ruben was a structured workout plan and meal plan. And someone to hold me accountable.

Ruben and I trained together for
8 months. Overall I had a great experience with Ruben. I find him really knowledgeable , and supportive. When it came time to working out in person he really pushed me to my limits. From there I understood how to push myself like he pushed me. I really enjoyed our in-person sessions, I would walk out drenched and exhausted.

The training, and program has helped inside the gym by understanding how to push my body to the limit. Also understanding what workout’s to do for what body parts. Outside the gym it helped me become a better man , and not give into temptations and follow something that I truly believed in.

Lastly if you are on the fence about all this I promise you it’s worth it. His knowledge and planning truly works. He really understand how to lose weight and build muscle. It was such a new experience for me and the knowledge that you will gain about your body and how it works is totally worth it. In addition to that you’ll gain a friend who truly wants to see you succeed. Ruben thank you for these past 8 months they were such an amazing journey.

My training experience with Ruben was meticulous. Ruben is very knowledgeable in the field & coaches you to the best of your ability but will push you to become the best version of yourself.
The initial conversation I told him I wanted to become a power lifter, of course taking into consideration my body weight upon training we didn’t focus on powerlifting, we focused on body recomposition. Losing fat & building muscle, then gradually implemented powerlifting exercises.

Ruben made sure to have me check in with him weekly to see how much weight I was losing a week, & based on the diet he put me on I was losing 1 - 2 lbs per week going from a size 18 to a size 10 in jeans in matter of 7 months.

Ruben has been an amazing coach & friend & is highly recommended to anyone that wants to become the best version of themselves.

My experience training with Rubben has been great. He’s helped me reach my goals with the training he tailored specifically for me. It was always very difficult for me to gain muscle and maintain it but slowly and surely I was able to achieve my exact goals. Before I started working with Ruben I had been training on my own for at least 10 years. Had a basic understanding of body mechanics and an idea of clean eating. I reached a point where I was feeling stagnant. I was training everyday and no longer seeing changes.

Training with Ruben has been a game-changer. He crafted efficient, effective workouts tailored to my goals, making them possible to achieve without spending hours at the gym. I’ve been working with Ruben on and off for about 6 months. He has helped me with fat loss, gaining muscle, building strength and when I have fallen off the wagon he has been patient and helped get me back on track. When I get in my head about the number on the scale he’s found a way to keep me focused.
Ruben’s approach to strength and conditioning has been innovative and practical.

I started with Ruben training program to give me that extra push to reach my weight goal. He sets you up with meal plans that fits around your preferences, designates a monthly training program that contains daily workouts that focus on certain muscle groups.

Previously, I was going to the gym without any weekly meal planning. I hit a wall in my weight loss journey and I needed help. My friend recommended me Ruben and have been with his program since June of 2024. Ruben's meal plans have been great and mixed with his training program I was able to pass that wall I couldn't overcome. I have been feeling more comfortable about myself and above all confident as I have been noticing a difference in my clothing.

I recommend Ruben to anyone that is looking for a coach to help him or her accel to their goals. I was very hesitant at first but after noticing the changes in two months time I am very glad for making the extra effort. 100% worth it!

My fitness journey started after high school but throughout the years lost motivation. I was working out but not consistently and without a meal plan. I was then recommended by a friend Ruben Fitness and it has changed my lifestyle for the better. Training with him since March and have lost about more then 10 pounds. Training with Ruben was a game changer for me. I used to workout with a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, but it just doesn’t compare to working with Ruben. He really took the time to create a fitness and meal plan just for me, and it made a huge difference.
He is super professional and dedicated and very knowledgeable and always makes sure I’m doing exercises right, so I don’t get hurt and get the best results. Had a very simple workout routine before meeting Ruben. I wanted to keep improving but did not know where to start.

Ruben is very compassionate in that he will take the time to understand your body's current limits.

Being consistent with his nutrition and workout recommendations, I've definitely seen an improvement in my capabilities in the gym, as well as a growth in my confidence outside the gym into my daily life.

I was going to the gym for six months before I started training with Ruben. I use to get hurt and I was always in pain from going to the gym on my own or with friends. My knees were always hurting because I didn’t know how to do the right form on the exercises I was doing. I was skinny fat but I wanted to become muscular and really fit. One day I was in so much pain that I decided to message Ruben and ask if he could start training me. I told him my goals and we started getting to work and I saw results in one month. We trained for two years and right now I’m taking a break from training because of personal responsibilities. I’ve always had a great experience training with Ruben. Training has helped me improve my life inside and outside the gym. If anyone is thinking about training with Ruben I say do it. It will benefit you physically and mentally. Best personal trainer you can find!!! When I started training with Ruben I was struggling to loose weight due to hormonal issues and poor eating habits, not only did he guide my training to helped me loose weight and build muscle but also made meal plans that adjusted to my busy lifestyle and helped me fix my hormonal issues by indicating the rights vitamins and dosage to take of them. I went from a size 13 to a size 5 in pants. Ruben is a very patient, committed, knowledgeable and professional trainer. Definitely recommend!!

Prior to starting with Ruben everything seemed very hard to do no idea where to start intimidated of people judging me for not doing an exercise right, fear or failing … he made it feel like I was being supported through the whole experience getting a meal plan catered to my needs was awesome i knew what to buy what to cook and it took so much pressure off me! Also loved being able to check the app for my exercises and how to do them! Ruben would also check in to see how i was feeling… the most weight I ever lost healthily was with him… I am currently post partum and stopped following him during my pregnancy but I am so excited to go back since I know most of the stress around planning will be taken off

I’ve been training with Ruben for about two years now , he completely under stood what I wanted my end goal to be and completely excelled it. He is very determined to helping you out and will literally transform you physically and health wise. I developed being more disciplined with going to the gym every morning and cutting food I never thought I would cut off.
