Elena has an excellent program for learning how to ride a bike. My son (a young teen) went from not knowing how to ride a bike to basic riding on his own in 2 lessons. Then he had 2 more lessons for more advanced skills like stand up pedaling for going uphill and doing more solid turns. By the 5th lesson, he was able to complete a 1 hour trail ride with Elena. My daughter also joined in the trail ride. They had so much fun!

I never expected my son to learn to ride a bike in such a short time. Elena is very patient and encouraging and professional at the same time. I am completely amazed with her lessons and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn to ride a bike (regardless of age and/or skill level).

I had such great experience with Elena! I was Really impressed with her patience, knowledge and effective instructions . I’m over 45 years old woman who never tried to learn how to ride a bike before.. When I finally found Eleena’s page on google I was so glad and was excited to fulfill my life time dream of riding a bike. . When I finally meet Eleena she assured me and gave the confidence that I can learn but, it’s just going to be a of matter of time. Sure enough after 6 lessons I can confidently ride a bike and its was the best feeling for me. I also want to thank Emmanuel Eleena young son for his teaching and support and lending his bike. We had such a great experience with Elena. She taught both of my daughters how to ride a bike within a few lessons! My older girl I had been trying for a year and it took Elena 2 lessons and she was off! Both girls now want to ride everyday and we so happy. The best money I have spent! I’m 39 years old and decided to finally learn how to ride a bike before my 40th birthday. I found Elena online and signed up for lessons—and I’m so glad I did. It took me 6 sessions, and now I can confidently and independently ride a bike!

Elena was kind, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She always encouraged me, especially in the moments when I felt frustrated or discouraged. I started training with Elena to help recover from foot surgery. My balance and strength needed a lot of work! We started slow with Elena gauging what I specifically needed. Every workout has balance, mobility, strength training and cardio. And if I have any kind of pain she makes adjustments while still keeping my heart rate up. Elena has been my trainer, doing one-on-one sessions twice a week, for about 10 months now. I am 61 and let’s just say not headed to those bikini competitions any time soon. I really appreciate that Elena met me where I was at and never made me feel uncomfortable or self-conscious during my work outs. I have really enjoyed the variety & challenge she puts into her sessions. Elena is focused on functional training. I broke my left ankle a couple of years ago and we have worked on strengthening my whole left leg. Since I have been training with her, my general fitness has noticeably increased. I have seen improvements in my stamina, ability to lift progressively heavier weights & willingness to push myself harder throughout each session. For the first time in my life I find that I actually look forward to my workouts. Elena always ensures my technique is correct, which means I have avoided injuries while gaining muscle. She is reliable and punctual, but also flexible if I need to make a last minute shift due to an unexpected work issue. She shows up with a pre-planned session that she adjusts depending on what’s going on with me that day. She works with all ages and abilities and personalizes each session to meet your goals and needs. We mainly meet at a nearby park but she is flexible. The best move my wife and I made to prepare for a long multiple-day hike (Camino de Santiago, Portugues route) was to work with Elena. She is a terrific trainer with deep knowledge and a relaxed, friendly style. She is also very creative! ( e.g., I never thought a basketball, which I hadn't touched in 4 decades, would be a very effective--and fun--part of our training. ;-) Elena was continually monitoring us and customizing our individual workouts. Our balance, flexibility, strength and overall fitness improved. When we return from our month of walking, we will resume regular sessions with Coach Elena.

Coach Elena helped train by 7 year old with bike riding (no training wheels). Coach Elena was great at explaining, keeping pace and making working out fun. I have never been able to ride the bicycle properly (never learned as a child, and now I am an adult). Yelena was able to explain and brake down the bicycle riding (Previously, I was terrified of it!) into many small exercises, which helped me overcome my fears, and become more confident while riding.
