After struggling for months with numb fingers caused by an ulnar nerve injury, I finally found real help through Ryan at Rypen Fitness. He is one of the best strength and conditioning coaches I’ve worked with. Ryan’s knowledge of biomechanics and tailored recovery exercises was next level — within weeks I regained sensation, strength, and confidence in my training. He didn’t just help me heal — he helped me rebuild. If you’re dealing with nerve issues or performance limitations, this is the coach you want in your corner.

Ladies, Rypen Fitness Act Bad lower body class is the truth!!! I’ve seen my body transform from day one, that’s why I keep going back. My husband loved the results so much that he gave me additional money for my class pass account to attend more classes. Ryan is an expert at correcting form and giving modifications. Do yourself a favor and try it out!!!

This review is way overdue and well above a 5 star for this gem of a gym! I started coming here back in December & it is everything I was wanting & looking for in a gym. The women's only classes are great and Ryan does a great job of encouraging you to push harder, lift heavier, & most importantly watching/critiquing your form to prevent any injuries. I came in with an injury in February & he not only made sure to check in with me throughout the class but gave me alternate exercises to avoid any pain or discomfort. He was able to pinpoint what muscles were causing my discomfort & with his assistance I had near instant relief. He had recommendations for not only stretches but for a massage therapist as well. It's more than a gym, it's a community, and he's done a great job at not only bringing the vibe but keeping the energy high. Grateful to have found the Lab!

I started going to Rypen several months ago because he has women’s classes, which was exactly what I was looking for as a beginner. I immediately felt welcomed into a community. Ryan always brings the energy and the other women are so encouraging. We start and end with stretching, and there’s a dynamic warmup before a few blocks of work. Ryan is attentive to safety and form, there’s a great variety in workouts from week to week, and he pushes you to lift heavier. I now love coming here every week, and in just a few months, I can’t believe the improvements not just to my strength and mobility, but to my energy, mood, and clarity, and I owe it to Ryan. This is truly a place you can come to no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. If you’re looking to get fit and gain confidence, start here!

I've been coming to RYPEN for about 1 year now. The trainer / owner - Ryan is awesome and from his coaching I've learned much better form and technique.
Each session starts with a 10 minute stretch but it's focused and TBH the best stretching I've ever done since Ryan really makes sure we're truly doing it correctly.
Then after stretching we do a mini dynamic warm up, and then we get into a workout. Workouts differ but typically there are weights involved with some sort of cardio. This is not just do it as fast as you can with no form though, as Ryan is actively engaged and coaching his students. Ryan is not afraid to get you out of your comfort zone. He's actively watching and if effort is low or the weights look too light, he will encourage you to increase the weights or the effort.
I cannot stress how much time and energy Ryan spends on correct form though and that's truly what sets this place apart. Also the community is wonderful and everyone is pretty welcoming and friendly!
This place is a GEM! Truly one of the best gyms I've ever been to.

I normally hate working out. But I LOVE working out here. Ryan is so informative. His workouts are well thought out and he has the BEST energy. The people who attend are so nice and supportive as well. Try it and experience the difference!

For years I was searching for my own version of Tom Brady’s TB12 or Lebron’s mike mancias. I’m not an athlete but always wanted to prioritize my health and wellness, if its good enough for the pros then its plenty good for me! Ryan and the lab gives me exactly that, my own health team without the extra fuss. Coach Ryan is elite and makes me feel elite. Seems like I hit a new personal record every month. I’m hitting my goals like eliminating back pain, body awareness, and finally having glutes

I truly enjoy all of Ryan’s classes! Very Challenging but not impossible. Ryan is an awesome instructor, he focuses on proper form and properly warms the body for an efficient workout. Also, if you’re looking for a meal plan that is specific to your body type, with REAL RESULTS, look no further 💯💪🏾 I have truly transformed my body following his meal and fitness plan.
