I have been coming to Naveena studio off and on for 3+ years she has always been great to me. My partner is a regular practitioner of hers and she has been absolutely wonderful to the both of us. I have sampled Yoga in Hawaii, and California she is the best instructor I have ever had. She cares about her students and is a joy to be around.

I have attended 3 classes taught by Naveena. One year ago I tried her class and not having the flexabilty to get myself into a certain position. Naveena attempted to physically force my arms into the proper position and told me that it was supposed to hurt. This left me injured for several weeks. After discussing this with a couple of my female friends, I was informed that she is a man hater and classes are much more pleasant when it is all ladies.

I attended Naveenas class about a month ago, she again wanted to force me into a position that I was not comfortable with, but this time I did not let her touch me. Throughout her class she preaches her life philosophy's like an addict preaching the 12 steps. Which is OK because it gives me an exercise in selective listening

Today the mens changing room was off limits and I was incorrectly told tochange in the laundry room by someone else at the front desk. Naveena came in and went on a rant about how I was in the wrong area. The men were supposed to change in the corner behind a screen that would not have blocked my nakedness from anyone. Not that I care if someone sees me naked, but I like to respect other peoples privacy. I tried to tell Naveena that I was misinformed, but she interrupted me with a lecture about the mens changing area. At this point I got dressed and left in no mood to listen to Naveena preach for 90 minutes.
