tony is an expert on strength and conditioning. i’ve had fighters come train with him and we’ve know a tremendous increase in speed and strength in all our athletes. the best place to train in lake forest with top of the line equipment

We are beyond grateful for Saddleback Training and everything they’ve provided our kids this summer so far. The attention to detail and the depth of care each coach puts into the strength and conditioning training has been truly impressive. It’s clear they are invested in every child’s progress, not just physically but in building their confidence and discipline as well. Having multiple coaches on hand has made such a positive impact—the support, encouragement, and feedback each kid receives is something you don’t often find. The facility itself is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, which speaks very highly of them. The difference we’ve seen in the kids has been incredible—not only in their physical strength and stamina but in their mindset and overall attitude. They genuinely look forward to their training sessions and have enjoyed every bit of the experience this summer. Thank you, Saddleback Training, for providing a safe and motivating environment. A special thanks to Coach Tony for the opportunity to get in work this summer. The kids appreciate and love all the coaches and we’re so thankful to be part of it!

Sent my son to Tony and staff last summer after being injured. They got him back up to speed quickly and completely transformed his body. He was stronger, faster and was able to return to play easier by utilizing Saddleback Strength. My son is signed up again to start back at the gym for this year and get ready for spring season. Plan to send my daughter who plays soccer to the gym as well. Fantastic option for your athlete looking to get better physically and mentally.

My name is Kassius Ashtiani and I have trained at Saddleback Strength since I was in 8th grade. When I came in I was 120 and now I’m 175 about to leave for college. Saddleback strength is the BEST TRAINING facility in orange county. They prepare young athletes at ALL levels to compete at high levels. My son has attended this facility for over 6 years, and they developed him physically and mentally to compete at a high level . They’re scientific in muscle development which I found to be key in competition. Tony is FANTASTIC, very supportive in every way with ALL those who come through his doors. If you have a son or daughter in the Orange County area, and you want to prepare them physically, sending them to saddleback strength is a NO BRAINER. Not to mention how well connected they are with scouts all over the country! Thank you Tony for keeping my son and my niece in top shape and allowing them to compete at a HIGH level. We’re forever grateful!

I’m a current college football player at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Saddleback strength got me prepared to play at the next level 100%! The workouts prepare you so much that when you get to the game it’s easy. My strength and speed both improved dramatically training here and Tony has the connections to get you recruited too! Definitely take a chance and train here if you want to play at the next level 💯
