My kid currently goes here but I wouldn't recommended this gym. They place last to second last on most teams I've witnessed. Compared to other gyms their skills are behind. The coaches seem to think it is ok to have an attitude and belittle you. One coach in particular thinks she can have any type of tone and authority over you ( Caitlyn) They also give out unnecessary fines and pick and choose who they give them to. I watched a parent do the same thing I was fined for. I'd definitely keep looking.

I never leave bad reviews to anyone but I just couldn't after what happened yesterday. I was even debating leaving it because I am that nice.
They have some of the rudest coaches ever. We have been with them for close to 2 years and part of their team. I was always nice and never complained even when there were things to complain about. But being yelled at and being rude to me in front of the other parents is not acceptable no matter what. I was trying to tell my daughter to move the mat so she can perform her skill correctly because she and her partner have been struggling and the coach is not paying attention even after they asked for help. My daughter went to ask you if she can talk to me and then you came yelling at me even after I told you they need help and they are just standing looking at each other. But what can I say, 1 Coach with 15 kids at 5 stations, how can you pay attention to all.
You could have spoken to me politely.
I had other unpleasant experiences with other coaches but never wanted to leave a bad review.
We have been doing all kinds of sports and never met disrespectful coaches like that.
I am not the only mum that has had bad experiences but I will be the one to finally leave a review.
I am not paying all this money to be treated like that.

this place is dangerous they should not bring their children if they do not want them to get hurt the trainers are not prepared and will not help you if you have an accident they are very negligent

Coach Banessa is so rude. She has favoritisms and doesn’t have time to teach my kid.
I already changed her coach, but just to let you guys know she’s rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with her.

Spend 15-20 mins on warm ups
Another 10 mins coach is looking for a spot to put her class.
About 15 minutes of class. Then its free play time. No wonder my child didnt learn anything in the 7 months she was there. They just want your money thats all....

This is a great gym with coaches who really care about the kids. If you ever have a question or concern the owners are quick to help figure out a solution. All 3 of my children have attended classes here for the last 3-4 years from beginning classes to team. We have nothing but good things to say about PDGA.

I cannot advise against this gym enough. Shady business practices, high staff turn over, lack of staff training, lack of concern for best teaching practices because of favoritism, complete lack of professionalism from top to bottom, etc. are only some of the issues you can expect from this god forsaken place.

Seriously, try Eric Will or AGA instead.

Update: Coaches & Staff have either left or got fired this place has no stability and that’s what my child needs. My daughter has made the Excel Team because of 2 Great coaches training, the head Coach Toni of the Excel Team has been fired I don’t see how she is Awesome with the kids and is very dedicated!! My child will no longer be going here, this was the final straw for me!!

They've opened their new gym in La Mirada and we love it. Their coaches are awesome and it's a great family environment. I would definitely recommend anyone looking into putting their child in gymnastics to check this place out. We tried out several gyms before finally deciding on this one and we couldn't be happier.
