The first day of my free trial here was awesome (video class, no teacher). I borrowed a mat. On the second day, there were no mats to borrow. I asked the owner for help.
Once he found out i borrowed a mat the previous day, he became extremely angry that i didnt pay a mat rental fee (i didnt because i was on the free trial) then told me i had to go buy a mat before class or buy one from the studio. It was ten minutes before class and i walked to the studio, so that was not feasible. He also accused me of stealing the mat from the previous day (i didn't, lol), and accused me of using the studios water bottles and towels (i didn't use those either).
I didnt bring any money with me, only my work phone, so he did not allow me to practice. I wanted to practice yoga in a traditional way, but a more corporate studio might be the better move.
This place might be good for experienced yogis, but if you are a first timer, stay away!! Free trial isnt clear about bringing equipment and some classes dont have teachers present- when there are no teachers present you will be held accountable for any slip ups you make.

I have been coming here for nearly two years now. My former heated studio closed during the pandemic, and this place has been a wonderful replacement. Abhi, the owner, is kind and has developed a wonderful community here. The teachers are warm and welcoming, and the yoga style is authentic. I feel grateful to have found this studio.

Great classes! Definitely a process to accommodate and then get into the property form.

I've been going to Sagar Hot Yoga for almost 9 years now. I started in San Jose and now I live closer to Cupertino so I go here. I stopped hot yoga twice, once when I was pregnant, and again during the pandemic. Whenever I came back they were warm and friendly, happy to help me get back to my former health. Many yoga studios didn't survive the pandemic. The owners of this one became incredibly creative to survive. They offered online classes, virtual classes, the ability to come in alone into the studio with the warmth and do yoga with a video. They taught almost all the classes themselves at that time. They also got smaller spaces and opened this small Cupertino studio because it costs a lot to heat the space. In terms of teaching style, the teachers are all different and some styles might not work for everyone. However, for me, this yoga has kept me healthy and sane throughout the pandemic, and healthy and with very little pain after having having four children. I recommend giving it a try and getting to know specific teachers so you can build a relationship with them. That way they know where your pain points are and won't push you too much in those areas but will push you just enough everywhere else.

I would say try it once. I found it to be satisfying, relaxing and has a lot of benefits.
