I would highly recommend trying Sagar hot yoga. I occasionally do yoga to stretch so I am not regular. I was pleasantly surprised when the teacher remembered me and guided me during practice even though I showed up after almost a month.
The teachers are pleasant and good guides who want you to get better. The studio is clean and well maintained. I got a chance to meet the owner too who checked in on me.
If you're looking for a positive environment, good teachers and a class that will make you sweat, this is it. Good luck.

Rooms are hot - as advertised! Might be too much for new people not used to the heat or the routine. Challenging heated Pilates. Note on schedule some classes are from a video recording - but you can heat the room, and the time of day was right for me, so worked out well.

The instructors are all so attentive and welcoming. I really enjoy taking the 90 min bikram class, and inferno Pilates!

Dirtiest place on earth. The teachers and management are money hungry sharks. I will never practice here again.

This is not a Bikram Yoga School anymore. It has turned from a disciplined traditional school to a circus gym. The schedule is packed with all kinds of funny classes and there are no certified teachers anymore. I used to love this place because I need the therapeutic effects of Bikram Yoga for my body. Sagar is not a style of yoga. It's actually a big joke. Would not recommend this place.

Mean instructors. There are hardly any Bikram classes. The students that practice there are not at all welcoming to beginners

I've been doing yoga in the Bay area for approx 12 years but have taken a break for quite a while. I returned today. This has always been and still is my Favorite yoga place in San Jose.
Abhi embodies the spirit and integrity of this yoga.
He is a caring, humble, disciplined person and his place ALWAYS feels safe and welcoming.
The Bikram yoga studio in Milpitas burned me, and I think the owner is mentally ill.
I will never go back there.
I'm so deeply grateful that Sagar Yoga is still around and is better than ever. It feels good to be home.

My mother going every day to this yoga studio, I'm not too sure if she really likes it but she said she got addicted to it, she told me the owner/teacher, he is very nice and professtional and I should join her but I said, mommy am i too young for this,I'm only 17 :)

I am not a fan of Bikram, so that impacts my review
Teachers are very good
Studio not the best. But not bad.
Owner advertises Bikram yoga a lot when he teaches. I don't believe it. Just look around and see people's body. Not very different from a sauna.

Good: Lots of classes, good location to many employers, studio owner does care about the practice and is a skilled instructor.

Bad: The studio itself is the dumpiest I've ever practiced at and yes, it does smell. [One of the] Instructors was actually poor when I practiced here, giving commands in the negative (don't close your eyes, don't hold your breath) as opposed to giving commands in the affirmative, which they should always be (eyes open, breathing normally).

If you're really into Bikram, I recommend practicing here, it is a legit studio, just don't expect anything fancy and try to ignore the stench.

Fantastic yoga work out. There are several time slots available. The room does get really crowded for the evening times. The instructors are great. The classes typically start on time. There are showers and dressing rooms available.

I really like this studio. This is the first place that I ever tried Bikram yoga and I think they do a really good job catering their classes both to beginners and long time practicers. Love that they do not have carpet!! They have laminate wood floors which makes it so the room doesn't get too stinky. If it is your first time make sure you bring a yoga mat, a yoga towel, about 32fl of water (at least) and a positive attitude. Its tough being in that room for 90 minutes but totally worth it.

Great place, great practice, great instructors, dressing rooms are UNISEX…not so comfortable. Other than that I highly recommend this place

I've never taken Bikram Yoga before, only Vinyasa and some Acrobatic yoga. What an experience! I highly recommend you try this. Their classes are great for de-stressing, detoxifying, and stretching. They are intense and you can expect to perspire and push yourself, but I definitely feel refreshed and recharged afterward. I highly recommend this place!
