I worked with Jeury for a couple of months and truly enjoyed each session with him. From our first consult call, his professionalism and friendly demeanor put me at ease. He took the time to understand my goals and reservations. He tailored each workout to my needs and meticulously tracked my progress. He provided a meal plan that was designed around my specific goals and tailored it to the foods I liked. One thing I appreciated most was his flexibility. Finding a time around my work schedule can be challenging, but Jeury made it work, often times training me before many people would ever consider waking up.

Jeury pushed me to limits I never thought possible, improved my confidence in the gym, and jump-started a lasting lifestyle change. He isn't just a great trainer, but a genuinely good person. Working with him has been such a rewarding experience and I cannot recommend him enough.

I'm an engineer with an unpredictable schedule, and I was looking for a workout routine that wasn't too rigid, something that would be consistent, help shape me, and improve my eating habits. I found Jeury, and at first, I thought it might be like the other coaches, where the workouts are either too difficult to follow or ineffective. But he truly makes a difference! he genuinely cares about what I'm eating and how I'm performing each exercise. I've noticed many changes in my body in only a couple of months. Jeury is an amazing trainer! He’s super knowledgeable and really pays attention to the little details in your form. He’s always giving small tips and making subtle adjustments that completely transform the workout. I’ve had moments where I suddenly feel muscles I didn’t even know I had working, and it makes such a difference. When I started, my mobility wasn’t where I wanted it to be, but I’ve seen so much improvement since training with him. I’m getting stronger every day, and what I love most is how much he really cares about your progress. He gets genuinely excited when you improve, which keeps me motivated and makes the whole experience so positive. On top of that, he’s just such a friendly and easy-to-talk-to guy. I can’t recommend Jeury enough. Working with him has been a game-changer for me!

I cannot recommend Jeury highly enough! I've been working out most of my life, so it's easy to see Jeury's great qualities. He structures the workouts to make them challenging, yet approachable. More importantly, he's extremely mindful about biomechanics and anatomy to maximize results while protecting against injury. His personality makes the workouts fun as well. I have had had trainers and done group training in the past and Jeury is by far the best and most knowledgeable trainers I have ever came across. I did not think trainers could know this much! Not only did he help me lose 20lbs, but as a office worker he also helped me with my tight hips, shoulders and improving my posture. He understands anatomy on such a high level ensuring I workout safely, and helps with issues from sitting 8 hours a day. I can not recommend Jeury and Fitness Academy enough.

I’m an active 62 yr old, and wanted to add strength training to my workout routine, so started sessions with Jeury a few months ago.
His workouts have challenged me, helped me lose some weight, really improved my strength and I’m starting to get definition! Most importantly, Jeury has crafted my workouts thoughtfully to strengthen my legs, while protecting my knees ( I have arthritis badly in one).
I feel so much stronger, healthier and so energized after my workouts, and definitely more ready for ski season than in past years !

I start training with Jeury over the summer. I am a pro Ballet Dancer and wanted to get stronger, increase muscle tone, and cross train to prevent injuries. In just a few months I have seen such an improvement. I’ve gotten much stronger, and you can see the muscle tone everywhere. Injuries that once bothered me all the time in rehearsals are hardly a problem. My stamina, jumps, and balance has never been better. I feel great and I feel more confident in myself and my dancing!

When I first started this journey I had a lot of pressure to succeed from my health to the continuation of my relationship, I had become so complacent that I didn’t really care. My health and energy levels were in the trash, my partner was so discouraged because I kept saying tomorrow I will start. From the first phone consultation I was impressed with Jeury. Understanding no judgement and listened to what I wanted to accomplish, I’m the beginning I thought to myself I’m not really sure this guy know what he’s doing, there was no consistency in my workouts, I didn’t really grasp what he was doing, I almost gave up but said I’ll give it 3 months. You see I am a RN with a BSN I know everything about fitness right? WRONG! Jeury has been amazing my core is stronger. I am down 20 lbs, I feel great all my doubts are gone for sure.
