Our first experience with Amilton was great. We had no experience in dancing and Amilton patiently helped us establish a base knowledge on how to dance Bachata. He is a wonderful teacher and made it so easy and also enjoyable as this was something my husband and I had been looking forward to learn to dance for years We highly recommend Salsa Merced Studio! We look forward to our future lessons with the experienced Amilton!

Amilton is a very good Bachada and Salsa instructor, he trained me to do a Bachada performance, he is the best, an excellent dance leader. he is doing lots of events too, join him and have fun! 🕺💃

In response to “Dr.” Julia Salas’s review… this woman came into our studio and received free class for her and her partner and enjoyed the karaoke after class that was free for the paying dance members. She reached out to me to get tickets for the event and waited 4 days after the event to ask for her money back. Her tickets were ready at the door and she never contacted anyone about covid symptoms. This woman went as far as to threaten me by stalking me to get my home address and place of work. She continually messaged me about the $20 that she paid. We could have easily refunded her money but the owner had already discussed with her that there are no refunds. This is not the type of business he runs and she failed to mention she also took advantage of a free karate class as well. As soon as she had to pay for something she made a big deal about it. She proved that she was looking for anything free that she can get and her behavior about the refund was childlike and ridiculous.

This is a small studio with an instructor who really knows what he's doing. If you already know salsa basics, he'll move quickly on to new and challenging movements.

I attended their free class which was good. Signed up for a dance event, paid the ticket online to Pinky but couldn't attend due to covid symptoms. They kept my money and refused to refund. Their flyer said nothing about "no refunds". This is against the law. Beware of this guy and his associate pinky!
