Salt Hot Pilates is my happy place! The instructors make you feel like part of the family from the moment you step in. The combination of Pilates with infrared heat is genius—it's like therapy for body and soul. I was intimidated by the idea of taking a Pilates class (thanks SNL) but Salt Hot Pilates made the burn enjoyable, fun and I felt very comfortable with the teachers there. I will definitely be coming back for more!

If you haven’t taken a class at Salt, you’re missing out girlies! I never knew I could love Pilates so much. I have been coming here since 2020 and am OBSESSED with these workouts! Muscles I never knew I had are burning for days after. Abs are poppin after just a few classes. Betsy is a damn queen! She is such a sweet, bright and bubbly human. If I can make it into any of her classes, I feel like I’ve won the lottery! She is super attentive to everyone’s form and will make sure to correct if needed. All the instructors here are so good at creating their own style, so depending on my mood I can choose who I want to rock me that day. I highly recommend incorporating Salt into your weekly workout routine. You won’t be disappointed.
