My 11 year old kiddo is growing so fast and was struggling to keep up with his coordination and strength building to support all the sports he has been exploring. We found Sam and worked with him for a couple of months, and he learned so much about proper form for everyday movements and gained so much confidence in his ability to learn new skills and use his body. He also learned about the importance of eating well (and often) and taking care of his body. He had a blast working with Sam and will definitely be back every so often for check ins as he keeps growing and trying new sports.

I am an 85 year old woman. I started with Sam Perdue in the beginning of January, and I am amazed at my progress in the last two months. Sam has taken my challenges (balance, posture, lack of strength and coordination) to his gym and in all areas I have improved. I am less winded going up stairs - passed a Treadmill test last week with a very good from the doctor. My trust in my balance has returned, and I am walking with wider steps.
I am impressed by his knowledge in other areas of fitness (I.e. nutrition) and how he works with all of my old age physical habits. He is a natural and explains, but doesn’t overwhelm with data.
The most wonderful side effect of my two months with Sam is how good I feel, just in general, and about myself in particular
