I’ve been coming here for years, off and on because maintaining good self care habits can be tricky for a working mom. Every time I go I’m sincerely welcomed and I leave feeling like I’ve been to therapy, the gym and a meditation retreat all at once. Amy and Jamie, Wendy, Vicky and Araceli are fantastic, wise, compassionate teachers. I am at ease and feel challenged in all the ways I need to. I will keep coming as often as I can.

There is Yoga and there are exercise classes all over Marin. But, then, there is San Anselmo Yoga. Not just Yoga, but community with some of the best teachers I’ve ever encountered in my 25 year practice.

I love San Anselmo Yoga! The studio is beautiful. The owner Jamie is an incredible instructor. He is an amazing human being caring, loving and compassionate. All of the instructors are wonderful more than happy to give students personal attention.
The environment is warm and inviting. My fellow students are engaging always open to help each other.
I love the “Sunday Service” class practicing the postures to fantastic live music.
I haven’t missed a day since I joined three months ago. I’m so much stronger now and more flexible.
Our world is so stressful full of unending pressure. Many people are overwhelmed and burned out needing renewal and more energy.
We need a healthy consistent practice to cultivate resilience.
Yoga is the best self-care for my body, mind and spirit.
You will simply love Marin Yoga!

In the center of lovely San Anselmo Jamie & Amy have created a unique friendly experience for all levels of yoga. The teachers are charming and professional. The participants always a lively and interesting mix. Several delightful roasteries are nearby for post yoga resuscitation.

This studio is amazing. Jamie and Amy not only put their heart & soul into this place but the entire San Anselmo community as well. They want everyone that crosses their paths to succeed, which can be seen & felt as soon as you meet them.

This is just what I needed coming out of the pandemic! The small community feel and gentle yoga they offer have me slowly stretching back into my old exercise routine. Jamie and his team's "come as you are" approach is welcoming to all. I highly recommend:)
